The place you showed is in my neighborhood, though, I don't know which unit specifically. You drove right past mine. Things were a bit worse when we moved in about four years ago. But the landlords have been working on that and vetting those who move in better. One of them has also put in video cameras throughout the neighborhood. There are three landlords and details on the units do vary some. My unit has metal doors which are strong enough they stopped somebody who tried to kick the door in my first night here, back when things were a bit hairier. Folks are pretty nice on my end now, my wife used to work with most of the folks renting right around us. I like it here. If you do move in here, or want more information from a resident contact me.
If you're worried about leaving the Camaro outside for security purposes just look into getting a quick release. Though I don't know how a big ass car like that would feel with some little 350mm or so wheel :p
