I work hard. But it all adds up. Mortgage, credit cards, the car. I thought I was good with money, but when it’s all on one screen you see more.
We did pay a lot on our borrowing, but now we’re in better shape. We paid off two cards already.
I found an app that compares utilities, so I let it check my statements. I’m saving there now too. We’re all so busy, it can help to plan ahead. Guidance from an app might seem strange but it has helped.
It feels like we’re charting a course for the future.
And we still get to live our lives. Birthday presents, dinner out. Once the app pings me, I know I’ve saved up enough for the next treat. It’s really working out.
I wish we’d had this sooner.
