I collect Cold Steel Walking Sticks and I own this one for walking in the park for protection against the idiot people that let their big dogs run around without a leash, no issues yet with it breaking.
To be fair: You should put what the description says..it says "Incredibly Durable and Highly Impact Resistant". It doesn't say "Unbreakable". If you wont Unbreakable go find one made out of the same stuff as Thor's hammer..thinking it might weigh a bit more though. IMO looking at your video it fulfills what CS says about it..
I have two of their bats, the shorty and the crusher. they are great! As a blunt weapon I believe they are nearly indestructible although if anyone can break one, I'm sure it's you!
@Walterwhite_cooks I have the walking cane axe head not acutal axe. Mine isn't metal. Entire cane is made out of some " almost" unbreakable ...right Joe lol almost..lol.

@@joex - I'd assume a wood stick would crack and splinter before this would though. I've seen the Cold Steel proof vids where they run over other products this material with vehicles and no damage. That's a pretty extreme test for this material with itup against the edge of the pole like it was. Sheared it pretty cleanly.
it may not be the best comparison, but as a construction worker, I find it kind of disappointing considering how sturdy a simple sledgehammer is for constent daily use compared to this
If it cannot bend, it would be worthless for a real support staff. Too bad. I use a cane made of Hickory heartwood and it is not only solid, it wont break when I put weight on it. It bends.
Yes you can break it but wood will break A lot sooner I have had A lot of the polypropylene weapons and yes will enough use they do break but way stronger than wood

Have you thought aboud doing tests with cs working man and finn wolf? That would be very fun especialy since they are amongst cheaper cs knives and are accessible. Also have you compared sc sk5 steel to hultafors sk5 steel?
@@joex i think i have seen the green handled one but cannot find the video. Have you uploaded it yet? Looking forward to finn wolf and hopfully working man too one day.
@@joex got to hand it to you, you got some real quality stuff, I thought dbk boys did some destruction, but yours is another level. Thank for entertaining us 🙂
Used to think they were great but I've seen one too many bad reviews. Plus it's just a stick and costs way too much for that. Bought a hand saw, a pocket knife and a hand Dremel for less than the cost of that, and made some custom walking sticks and staffs for myself and family. With some neat designs, varnish, leather strap and rubber tip they'd pass as a nice collectors item, and would be acceptable in most places i live in (countryside), especially if i bring my backpacking gear as well.
Disappointing to see the inside looks like that, perhaps you just got a lemon, seems to be some that have air pockets that break on these videos. I have this stick the past two years and it's held up fine, I don't go around whacking metal poles, but I've whacked some trees, I've also had it hold my full body weight and it's bent but not cracked, but the angle was different, it hadn't been subjected to a battering against an iron pole, and it wasn't at a steep angle to metal at the time. Still, thanks for making the video, good to challenge these products.
I will be buying one .......this thing lasted way longer than I thought.....will be using it to walk about......and a possibly to defend myself from a two legged attacker...thank you for convincing me.
Who knows, what exactly they are spraing over the cities, towns and villages allover the world? You can see those chemical trails at 0:52 . The next second, you can notice a second chemical trail, which means it's not just small village there, it's more than 1000 people. (The more the people, the more the chemicals) Who knows though, what it is.. Have you ever done a serious search on the subject?
Nice Job, You think someday you could try a Chris Reeve Green Beret. They might be to expensive for you to test out. And it might be to hard for us knife collecters to see you destroy one. Lol. Take Care!
It's the mad bad Joe, plastic was never going to last in the hands of the destroyer of knifes , hail Joe hail Joe hail, still I would not like clout round the head with it, keep the good work going Joe.
They have several baseball bats made of Polypropylene. Cold Steel says that they are almost unbreakable. If someone can destroy them, it is you. I got one at home.
Still I don't think I would like to have some smack me in the face with it. Brother smashed a guitar over me scone when we were kids still got couple little scar's on me head.
