The articles of faith to which you are referring are not banners temporarily displayed for the purpose of demonstration. They are a part of his identity as a Sikh man. 3. @@thedissector8921 Millions of Sikhs dont wear turbans and are no less sikhs. Its the orthodox ones that wear the turban. We dont allow orthodox Muslims, Christians, Buddist or Rastas to wear their religious articles like a banner in these jobs. I guess Sikhs dont feel any wester rules or culttures apply to them. They should stay in India if thats the case.
