Uncovering the Chevening Scholarship Journey with Colleen Dawkins and Matthew Ferguson of Jamaica

How did Matthew Ferguson and Colleen Dawkins became Chevening Scholarship Awardees? What role did "denied" and "commitment" played? The two are among sixteen (16) Jamaicans awarded the 2022 Chevening Scholarships to pursue master’s degrees in the United Kingdom.
Chevening is the UK government’s international awards programme designed to develop global leaders by giving individuals the opportunity to pursue one-year master’s degrees in the UK. . This year’s batch of scholars will increase the Jamaican alumni to more than 280 since 1984.
The awardees were selected from a shortlist of some 50 individuals who were chosen from a total of 400 applications for the 2022-2023 period.
Two of the recipients joined me on MISS KITTY LIVE to share their experience, shared how you can be among the next cohort of awardees including what to do.
