By upgrading your chances at the store and tap the «blue watergun» til you get around ish (50% failed, or less) you can try the «pink watergun», and if you are lucky it will be a succesfull shot. You can meet festival guides through water bombs. That´s atleast how I´ve met them. Or they just show up, these festival guides are quite nice, since they can let you buy something in the «souvenir shop». If that made any sense.
