Ino can mind control her opponent and force him to copy her movement. However, most of the time and exclusively to the games, she mostly uses flower based attacks. Her mind jutsu appears during war arc again (see team ultimate), where she uses it on Choji to navigate his attack. Clever.

That's why I used Tenten, Kurenai, Hinata, Yakumo Kurama and Ino in most of my anime crossover war.
Same with Lucy Heartfellia, Juvia, Wendy Marvell, Nami, Hinamori, Suigintou

One thing I noticed is that both being students of Tsunade Sakura uses super punches while ino uses super kicks (in game) and Tsunade uses both

yeah, cuz when I see Ino's movements and Sakura's movements they're like similar to Tsunade but different.
Why the hell do her ultimate and Jutsu have nothing to do with her mind control abilities?
I dunno... she had several in the PS2 Ultimate Ninja games... about time I upload those movesets, too.

I honestly don't usually use Naruto in games. I think it is better to give other characters a chance to stand out since they don't get much development in the anime

You can see that individual ultimate jutsus, the series got lazy with the og character and focused only on being shiny flashy main characters only, very sad...
Actually, PTS Ino's jutsu was always a trap. It has been that way since UNS1.

Ever since I had my first Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm game, the person that I choose to play was ino, and I see why because I've always loved her movements ever since. I liked how she was in the anime even though she was annoying but I still liked her ( I mean at least she's not annoying as Sakura.)
Ino and TenTen were severely underused.

Ultimanje ninja had her best ultimate jutsus. Storm ones were really crappy.
Instead of recycling the old graphics they should just start the next Storm series too. Like they do with Tenkaichi.

Does she actually use the flower jutsus in the anime?
Never. Some early games gave her flower jutsus. poison flowers, bomb flowers, a flower that turned into a ringblade. However Ino's movesets in most games is like 95% made up which made her interesting to see how she'd change from game to game though storm pretty much stuck to one moveset.
She actually used some in the early stages of naruto

Why does uns1 look and play better than uns2
It doesn't actually play better since the substitution jutsu system is broken. It looks better since it works more with shading, motion blur, interesting camera angles and such, since they were more like cutscenes due to the QTE length. It was offline multiplayer and didn't have to be limited in graphics to run smoothly online. UNS2 had to make everything from scratch and the ultimates looked boring. But when you play the games on PC where everything look crisp, you will notice that starting with UNS3, the games look better than UNS1. Especially 4.

why always makes the female character in naruto looks either extremely weak or overly strong like holy shit women are not that weak plus we are not talking about normal regular wemon but fucking badass tough strong ninjas not little horney hentai sluts ? ....I mean seriously they always everytime make them super no résistants or abilities what so ever not strength (this a cartoon so everything is possible alright )
Because this is a Shonen manga and unless it's One Piece, then the female characters are terribly written and useless. They are either shown weak, or as trophies, or as an obstacle. Naruto has all those clichés.
