Provide the customer with a correct tracking number as soon as the package is shipped. 5. Search for more reliable and careful courier services possibly to be used in the future. Just want to mention I have the exact same experience for my last 3 buys from Areej le dore . Not full address and or phone number missing. As I already know that stuff will be missing I do all i can to contact the delivery companies at my country to still get the packages with missing information and it worked so far. Also "Protective paper" situation is also consistent every time. 2 of the three boxes were some what damaged. I don't mind it its just a box, but full presentation experience is a bit ruined. Contacted areej le dore 2 out of 3 times. Once I was promised a new box that never came. Second time I was ignored. Third time I didn't even bother. This is just what I expect at this point. Very good fragrances. Damaged presentation. And extra work from my end to even get it :)

I am sorry you had such a horrible shipping experience. I live in the US and Russian Adam uses Perfume Supply House. Christine is the proprietor. She does an excellent job with shipping. I've heard other horror stories from people who live in your region. I hope for his and yours he makes the proper adjustments.
Ye I had delivery issues too. I got full set, and they could not send it to me from Netherlands despite me being in EU. Eventually after a a while and a few failed attempts and rejections at customs, again EU to EU country, they had to send it from Indonesia, thankfully they put a low value of 145 USD to it and only covered half the customs fee, 39 euros. At classics release, I got 2 bottles and I got them after 3 months and again lots of failed attempts from Netherlands. I love the perfumes but I always dread ordering from ALD. Given the price we pay for the scents and shipping on top, the delivery experience should be infinitely better
Hello, thank you so much for watching our video and sharing your experience. It’s weird that they couldn’t send from EU country to EU country, because there shouldn’t be any customs. I’m buying Areej le Doré fragrances from summer 2021 and they always shipped directly from Netherlands. I refused to buy one Collection (I guess it was Indian Attar collection of 7 fragrances), because shipping was only directly from Indonesia and custom fees and VAT would be huge.
So sorry for the delivery. I cannot help but laugh :)) My box came exactly the same as your, but also with a big hole in it. Still thinking how the perfume box didn't slip from the big box. I even had the white paper and I had the same thoughts, wtf is this :)) Too bad that we have to pay 20 bucks for shipping and they mess it up like this. Good thing the perfume box is really solid and the perfume was fine. You should try also Creme de la Creme, I find it addictive on my skin since I got it.

yeah had The Same Experience with delivery the Protaction of the Packaging was absolutely garbage. I was honestly very shocked as this my first order from The Company
if you breathe w your mouth on the fragrance it gets more animalic, anyway it came in the mail today it's very wearable for a vintage leather chypre, i like it, i eould ve preferred a smaller bottle like he did i nthe past 30ml, you can buy almost 2 and 30ml is quite a bit
Hello, congratulations with your purchase 🥳🔥 Yes, it feels very wearable for this genre of leather fragrance. I also felt that it definitely has vintage Chypre smell in it. It’s complex, so I’m exploring it now. I also would prefer 30ml bottles, because I haven’t used more than 5ml from any of my Areej le Doré fragrances from 2021. And I love these fragrances and wear them. I think I use Atlantic Ambergris II and Ottoman Empire III the most. From 10ml ALD bottles I almost don’t spray, because I’m afraid that they will be gone fast.
@@juliscent yeah it will take me a while to explore first sprays I got a lot of cumin from it and not much longevity, non day after 12+ hours almost no cumin, my nose needs time 😂
Hi guys dreadful delivery experience, I have to say I have gone through hell myself with the logistics attached to Areej le Dore in general, Adam is a genuine gentleman and his creations are second to none,he maybe not aware of the complete lack of respect and professionalism with the company/ companies he is entrusting his delicate,beautiful fragrances to, he is doing himself and his fabulous work a huge disservice but allowing this outrageous type of disrespect to continue,sorry for my rant but I feel we are not alone in our dissatisfaction and disappointment 🙏. I got just one myself Royal Barn it’s stunning and I couldn’t be happier despite the shitty packaging it miraculously survived, I have Cuir de Russie so I felt it would be similar if not better,and I think you agree it is lol 😂,I also have no problems wearing it on skin despite the warnings,it never caused any problems. I love the house of Areej le Doré and what Russian Adam is creating. But the delivery could be improved. Last Sunday 07.04.2024 I bought a fragrance Areej le Doré Malik al Motia from the website Beautinow from Netherlands and 08.04.2024 the parcel was sent to shipping company and it’s for free!!! Their shipping was always amazing and I’m buying there for the last 3 years. It takes 2 weeks but they deliver the parcel to my home and I don’t need to ride somewhere to enter the pin-code to grab my box. So I bought Malik al Motia with 20% discount for 200€ including free shipping and I’m very happy. Today I’m wearing Xerjoff Al-Khat and to me it’s a royal barn 😁 I’d love to smell someday Areej Royal Barn for the experience. As of right now I love Areej Cuir de Russie more than Cuirtis, but they both are very good. I wish Cuirtis was stronger in performance. Have a great day my friend, cheers 🍻 Dmitry

I also use Beautynow from Netherlands very good and super price on sales too company to deal with I did see the Areej fragrances on the site but know they are only surplus left on the Areej site Europe stock that is not sold the gems will never reach Beautynow as the sell in minutes on release but what the do get is like you got genuine good bargains of great fragrances 🙏👍✌️
@@brenlynch4811 Yes, usually they don’t have Areej le Doré fragrances in stock, but they have a lot of good fragrance houses. I bought there a couple of Bortnikoff fragrances. I found them through Bortnikoff website in 2021 as they are one of his official retailers in Europe.
Nice review! I bought the full set (not sample set) and love them all but am still going through them to get to know them. They are so complex and weather, occasion and mood will make a difference. Sorry about the shipping problem. That sucks. I bought a 2000 USD tailored suit from John Varvatos in West Hollywood and had them send it to me in another city after alterations and it came wadded up in a cardboard box with no suit bag or hangar,, much like what happened to you. I was a regular customer and they never did that before so I complained like hell and they gave me a 1000 USD gift certificate and 30% off on top of that for my next visit. So you good that you complained. You deserve a gift voucher from ALD and someone at the shipping facility in the Netherlands should get fired. I like in the UK and have never had a problem with their distributor here (Arabian Perfumes UK).

I think sometime ago you said that you let Adam know that delivery quality is not good. Imagine paying that amount for the fragrance and additionally paying for the delivery only to receive such shitty package. What a disgrace :D I am sure that Adam is aware of this but for some reason he does not want to change the company that sends out these packages from Netherlands. Anyway thats only speculation, but if thats true then Adam should do better. P.S its fully Areej le dore's (Adams) fault

mine came from USA and also from a person, i am assuming they do that to avoid import taxes if possible...
