Yugioh LDS1 opening - can you pull good value?

- Legendary Duelists - Season 1 is the first reprint of 2 earlier Legendary Duelists Sets, but it does also include some new cards not featured in either Legendary Duelists or Legendary Duelists: Ancient Millennium.
Upon release many people din`t think of it as a good set, but i kind of liked it and got some more of it.
Today i open a full Display of it and try to pull cards of similiar value to the recent prices of the sealed boxes.
Part II of this will be a dive into what prices my pulls have atm and if i actually pulled the roughly 115 € a display costs atm.
These old lds are so much better than the later ones

LDS1 and 2 were nice, 3 is a total letdown imho.
Desperado Barrel Dragon might not be worth anything, but at least he looks cool!
Are you going to get the Retro Pack reprint at some point? I preordered 3 at work because I'm curious and get a pretty hefty discount on them.
I`m kind of torn about that.
I don`t have lots RP01 cards (just some randomly being in a collection i bought years ago) and RP01 is not a set i`d try to complete the whole set of.
On the other hand it might be decent for a few openings or keeping it sealed with the possibility of increasing value.
In what kind of business do you wrok that enables you to get discounts on Yugioh stuff? In your situation, i`d have gotten some too if the offer was that nice. ;-)

@@miniMAXI16 I work at GameStop. The pay isn't great but it's an alright gig if you want a second job and buy a lot of stuff they sell there. Their pro membership (which I got for free) gives discounts on trading cards as well as monthly coupons, and the employee discount stacks with it. Combine those two discounts with coupons, sales, and price matching, you can get some really good deals. I got four Battles of Legend Chapter 1 boxes for $12, and two Rarity Collection 2 boxes for $30. I also get a dollar off each booster pack I buy.
My store has a boat load of trading cards, but unfortunately has very little Yugioh cards. It's mostly Pokemon, Magic, and sports cards at my store. Granted I buy most of the Yugioh cards that come in, so maybe that's why we never have much in stock!
