In a real hospital, you just need a phone call to kill someone. Just call the nurse, say you would be a doctor and tell them to inject the target with a deadly overdose.
And even after the med personal noticed what happened, they will do everything to destroy the evidence and let it look like a natural death.
It has happened several times, there was a doctor who got caught in the 80s killing his patients.

@@shayla106Karen obviously didn't think Gwen would do anything. And most people do try to confront a 'bad' person on their own. It's no one else's business, especially if you think you can handle the problem solo.
Nah, i think Karen's approach was realistic. Most people when confronting someone don't tell others beforehand and if they do tell someone it's usually after the fact. I mean let's be real here. Gwen was gonna kill Mira anyway. Karen telling Mira or anyone else rather would just result in Gwen killing them.

Either the ending was rushed, or they forgot about all the evidence the lady planted to frame her. Honestly I’m going with them forgetting, a lot of movies end just like this one, honestly this movie was like orphan, but changing the lady from a dwarf to just a hot lady, that should have been caught since she seem to not care about hiding how she enjoys tormenting other’s, being a babysitter/nurse for the kid.

i am curious, how do hospital prevent murder from happening should someone wants to come in and harm a patient?
Security officers for large buildings exist for a reason.
Well the ones I've been to not anyone is allowed to the back rooms where patients r
People who are relatives only can enter the room , and that also only can be one relative .
Also if the patient has been harmed by another person there is usually a risk assessment made and if it’s determined there is a possibility that they may come to harm in the hospital (i.e attempted murder,, victims domestic abuse) a police officer will take shifts sitting outside the hospital room
If you wanna get scared, just know they was a doctor in Germany that was killing his patient by injecting some drug in their toes. He did it for years before he got cought. He have around 85 confirm kills but he said to police he have killed more than 300 people over the years.

Seemed like a real good movie until you find out they ran out of money and ended the movie prematurely what a shame.
They could have easily left out the one or other turn and twist (which aren't really good near the ending, anyways) and give us a proper ending instead.

This movie is hilarious. First, the wife goes through all these lengths to investigate a dangerous employee and doesn’t think to fire her first (she works for them for goodness sakes - it’s not like she’s married to her). Then while Gwen is revealing her previous murders to Mira, the two are chatting as if they were discussing a bit of gossip, with Mira even doing a light hair toss during the conversation. Way to drum up suspense. 😂

I have muscular dystrophy. Normally because of our bad balance, usually end up in a wheelchair as we age depending what type of MD we have. I have charcott-marie-tooth. It deforms my bones and has left me with a club foot; the left leg I had taken off because our disease severely progresses as we age and causes severe pain and pressure to everything else. I'm 39 and am experiencing neurological attacks such as hand convulsions right now and hand weakness, but nothing with my brain. Brain works well, we just have a hard time doing things like running or walking as we age but a lot of MD patients when we are kids or that young, do not need help with crutches or other walking aides unless its the more severe levels of MD. Most don't, some have to have wheelchairs. I've seen some with walkers; but in general, it's when we get older is when we start having problems. So I guess they are doing this for the story. I did not need a cane until I was 17 and my feet were deforming.
Anyhow, to the movie. Nurse sadistic would have a hard time pulling that off in real life, because as a parent, most of us would check out what the nurse was doing to our child's walking aide - unless I'm alone in that; but I don't trust anyone who is not family or my friends. I'd be putting cams throughout the house if I were to hire a nanny for my disabled child, because having gone through mistreatment by nurses tasked with taking care of children and I was a child at the time...I can remember everything they did to me and can only hope they are burning in the ground for what they did and if they're elderly ladies now, I hope they're in a care home experiencing the same treatment they did to me and the other kids. If I had to hire help for my disabled child if I had one; the house would have cameras installed so if anything happens, I can go back and see how it happened and if anything is amiss, I can see what's going on. Given what happened to me, I do not trust people I don't know. Parents needed to check references and do a background check before hiring nurse sadistic there. lol but movies got to movie as they say.

Nurses have codes for different situations (fire, bomb threat, power outage etc) I don't know all of them but can safely assume that the blue one has to do with the patient that requires immediate medical attention from asphyxiation , or something else.

Mira's biggest mistake was not calling the police after the video. If possible she should have had her kid avoid Gwen at all cost. It was really stupid of her to get in the car with Gwen. The only logical explanation would be to protect or get to her son.
