As a packers fan I respect this guy a lot after watching this because he has a dream and he won’t ever give up on what he loves. He loves his family more than anything so that alone shows how good of a person you are.
Listen...Players don't choose where the get drafted. I respect everybody in the NFC north as a packer fan. They worked their asses off to get into the league. It's a love of the game first. Rivalries come second.

For the longest time I thought he was the same Zach Miller who played on the Seahawks a while back. In my defense he spells his name the same way and wears the same number. Funny how that works
When I broke my foot in football, I was so scared. But, when I saw this, it made me realize that me breaking my foot was just an inkling of what could happen. Whenever people see injuries like that, they tend to not watch, but I see something in it. I see... hope... I see a new beginning. And to Zach, if you are reading this: That was a new beginning for you. You keep following your dreams and never give up. A lot of people are here for you. I met you at training camp, and when I saw you up and walking around... well it showed everyone that you must never give up. Stay strong brother! And to everyone, "Never give up. Even if your goals seem far away, never give up!"
Tore my ACL 2 years ago at RB. 6th game of the season in my junior year, I was doing very very well. Next season my senior year, started off very well, I was going off again. 4th game of the season broke my collarbone do to a late hit on the sidelines. If I wouldn’t have gotten injured there could have been so many opportunities, I broke my highschool’s record for most rushing yards in a game, 3 times, also beat the touchdown record once. It was an easy opponent though, we ended up winning 62-23. Im currently working on becoming a script writer for live action tv shows and movies. Life can change real quick man.
I'm sorry to hear that. I'm sure it was hard knowing that your out for the season and that you can't play the sport you love. But, you see what I mean? After your injuries, you probably never imagined becoming what you are now. As you said, life changes real quick and I agree 100%. Last year was especially hard for me and it changed me forever. I'm sure you never expected to do what you're doing right now.
Hey... ...listen... you got this... be smart listen to your body.. get an athletic doctor's advice.. not random ass one... ...and you get back out there and kick ass brother. You'll be on the pro gridiron in no time. Remember that.

this was scary and also eye opening for me. i have dislocated my left knee before, back in 2013 playing basketball. As of right now im recovering from another knee dislocation on my right knee. and the first time it happened it wasnt bad at all, it was put back into place and recovery was fast. but this time it was pretty bad. almost needed surgery and it was out of place for almost 2 hours and it was a bad fall that caused it. but im thankful that i am in the comfort of my home and didnt need anything like this. Zach is a true inspiration that no matter what happens, you can get back to at least normality.
Lifetime Vikings fan but I got a lot of love for a guy who grew up in the same county as me playing sports against the high school I went to. This man embodies everything it means to persevere and fight for anything you want to do. His views on family and selflessness are something that every man aspires to be. What a role model.
Amazing person he is . No matter what never gives up . Happy he is at peace with the NFL not ending the way he may have wanted . Went thru more then most people ever will with an injury . Hope all is good with him and his family to this day .
I’m so happy for him the only problem about going back to what you love doing is that it could easily happen to him again which is frightening I would hate to see him go through the process again or even worse
how did 206 people dislike this? this man went through so many injuries and still manages to see the light in all of it. i want to see him play again. hes one of the most strong willed people/players, and i think he can do it.
Talk about bad luck with injuries. Alot of players would have given up after multiple season ending injuries and the pain and rehab would have been so long and painful but he always came back for more. Nothing but respect for that dude
Love this guys testimony and how he overcame his injury to run again. To bad he couldn’t ever play again. But man, totally powerful dude! Hated watching that injury.
Such an amazing heart to him! Hoping he makes a comeback even if it is for a season then to retire you can tell he’s not done there’s still some left in the tank
I haven't watched a single football game yet But u have to give it up for Zach Cause he had in my opinion and experience the WORST injury ever (correct me if I'm wrong) and from almost losing his leg to running again... Congratulations....
As a Bear fan, I watched this play in horror. I thought about Gale Sayers, Wendell Davis and countless Bears who gave it their all on the field of play. I was so glad that this normally frugal organization kept him signed to assure that he wasn't just a cast away. A very classy move by the Bears. I was also pissed at the NFL for the result of the ruling of the play.
Jags fan and I loved seeing Zach have sucess in Chicago. Made me pull for them then and doubly so with how they've treated him since. Longshot it may be, but I hope he does get the chance to run out on that field again. That would be movie caliber magic right there.
I honestly watch this video every time I’m at a point where I think I can’t do something. Zach is such a inspirational man !!! Ild love to see him back on the field w the bears! Bear down baby!! 2019 super bowl run to come

Yeah Regan have u ever had a horrible knee injury before have u ever had to go thru 6 months of physical therapy and if u call not hardening up well after I got hurt I tried to get back up and walk again with that in my knee so I dont what u call me not hardening up so have a nice day
I tore my ACL while being around and practicing for football. You must have had it way worse, but I also made that transition to basketball after. Glad you had a good recovery my man.
xonix131 131 I’m not saying your lying, just that it usually takes more time for an injury like that to heal
Man , I got injured today . A high ankle sprain, this is my best influence that hit me 💯💪🏽
Having lived in the same town he graduated high school in Wahoo ne the news spread fast when this happened. Being a life long bears fan i saw this live, having lost my right leg shortly before I shared my own experience via Twitter and he was grateful for the well wishes, really great guy. #Beardown

Good Bless you Zach,I glad you are recovering from a gruesome injury. Love you man.💯
Love my bears, this video showed there are bigger things then football, you are a Dad first, and one hell of a warrior! Bear down always! And god bless, zach!
I've been a Bears fan for 52 years. Will be a fan until the day I die. I'm a huge fan of Zach's. My heart broke for him the day it happened. So happy that he was able to keep his leg. Glad to hear he's recovering well. Good luck in the future. I will always remember you
That is a wonderful story and drives me to do the best I can do in sports and to never give up.
That was a touchdown!! Best of Luck on life after football Zach!!
beautiful.
Much love from Chicago.❤️
#BearDown
As a packers fan I respect this guy a lot after watching this because he has a dream and he won’t ever give up on what he loves. He loves his family more than anything so that alone shows how good of a person you are.
But was it a catch?
@@trevor1443 Yes (Packer fan as well)
Listen...Players don't choose where the get drafted. I respect everybody in the NFC north as a packer fan. They worked their asses off to get into the league. It's a love of the game first. Rivalries come second.
Dawson Damer yup
Salute To You... Chicago Will ForEver Have A Place For You IN Our Hearts... Thank You For Your Time Spent In The City And Your Services... Wish You Even More Luck Continuing To Recover
You are amazing!!! You have a gift tell other how you fought back, you have a beautiful family!! God bless you!!
Im a steelers fan and I hope you get better and keep going with your dreams
For the longest time I thought he was the same Zach Miller who played on the Seahawks a while back. In my defense he spells his name the same way and wears the same number. Funny how that works
Jon Cook I did too. I swore it was the same one lol
Jon Cook You're the perfect definition of a bandwagon Seahawks fan lmao
He was the shit gotta love both Zach millers
Idk if im talking bout the same zach miller as u but i thought this zach miller was the zach miller that used to be on the raiders lol
Cynisicle yeah that’s the same Zach Miller that played for the Seahawks
I wish you much luck!!! Hope you come back to the NFL!!!
Zach, as a lifelong Bears fan and Illinois resident, God Bless You dude. Thanks for being a part of the Bears!
2 years later. And I’m still watching this. Because I miss Zach so much. I’m a bears fan and when he was hurt my heart sank. I hope you’re happy Zach🙂
Collin Kadel ahahhaha
@@AF-zv8tf Whats so funny?

Drew Jackson wHy DiDnT tHeY wArN mE!?
I watched that play live they showed the replay which they were un aware of how gruesome I almost threw up
And I thought my stubbed toe was a bad injury. Hell, I was out for 2 weeks!
Seeing those pictures are my biggest fear i swear
@@HesoTall2 on everything 6ro
this was scary and also eye opening for me. i have dislocated my left knee before, back in 2013 playing basketball.
What a great story of a great man and his family. Bear Down Zach! We're with you all the way!
The drive and and motivation this man has is inspiring. Bless Zach Miller and his family. May he be back on the field one day 🙏🏻
In my history Its a TD. Miller is a great player.
@Trolley The Troll nobody cares about you
@Trolley The Troll wow, what respond, learn some new jokes kid
@Trolley The Troll what are you 9
Hey look mom I'm so funny.....do you love me now
CHICKENTENSERS 4 hes 7 actually 🙄 why’d you guess so old
Us Packer fans are pulling for you, hope to see you on the field again
Jake Cohen For real. Go, pack, Go
Tbh I am a packer fan but they suck
As a packers fan I will forever say this; THAT WAS A TOUCHDOWN
But I love Zach miller and wish the best for him
Lifetime Vikings fan but I got a lot of love for a guy who grew up in the same county as me playing sports against the high school I went to.
Broke my ankle in september, but this makes my ankle injury look like a scratch
One time I almost tore my ACL in Soccer and THIS make me feel like my injury was just a touch to the door.
He was finally at the point where he was a complete tight end too .
A match up problem as a receiver for defenses
I’m so happy for him the only problem about going back to what you love doing is that it could easily happen to him again which is frightening I would hate to see him go through the process again or even worse
Shaq The Goat very unlikely that he would have that serious of an injury again
Displayed true courage!! Zach is just an inspiration for all Bear fans!!!
how did 206 people dislike this? this man went through so many injuries and still manages to see the light in all of it. i want to see him play again. hes one of the most strong willed people/players, and i think he can do it.
Forever a BEAR!! Hope he comes back strong as ever! He would have been a beast in this offense.
Bro I was there for the home game he returned, it was amazing.
This injury looked really similar to nick chubbs in college... awful, but good luck to this dude ‼️
Foreal
To the rest of the nfl, this is what heart for the game looks like..not playing for a f’in paycheck. Zach you an inspiration. Great video.
I remember watching this play happen (being a Saints fan). Much respect and props to Zach. I wish for a full recovery as much as possible.
So inspirational. Can’t believe that wasn’t a touchdown.
Zach Miller is one of my new favorite football players after this.
I don't understand how someone could dislike this video
Talk about bad luck with injuries. Alot of players would have given up after multiple season ending injuries and the pain and rehab would have been so long and painful but he always came back for more. Nothing but respect for that dude
Love this guys testimony and how he overcame his injury to run again. To bad he couldn’t ever play again. But man, totally powerful dude! Hated watching that injury.
I saw this injury live and i cringed soo hard it was gruesome
I’m a saints fan and I knew about his family so watching the game live I cried when that play happened
Your a trooper zach!
You are an inspiration to your kids. Bear down and never give up!!! 💜 come home 86!!!
Such an amazing heart to him! Hoping he makes a comeback even if it is for a season then to retire you can tell he’s not done there’s still some left in the tank
I haven't watched a single football game yet
But u have to give it up for Zach
Cause he had in my opinion and experience the WORST injury ever (correct me if I'm wrong) and from almost losing his leg to running again...
Congratulations....
Joe Theisman had a horrible injury, his leg bent all over the place, he was really young and never played Football again.
Old patriots quarterback got paralyzed which started Tom brady
Man he can't get away from injuries
Your pfp tho
Zandey27 like Drose
2019 super bowl run to come
i know how the struggle is i broke 5 bones at once including my femur the recovery is insane
Physic Melly mans struggle was his leg was backwards
