I think it goes based off of health lost in the actual fight. I don't think it actually does anything until you remove 5% off of the enemy during the actual fight where you're using Constantine.

Death stroke does something while special 2, somehow doctor fate stunned....I was wondering why 🙄 he had atrocitous reflection shield, maybe that's why stun reflect...makes no sense seeing this again

Hey there my friend Sig. I just gotta suggest something.. Brother...you MUST only use "Solo DD team vs opponents w/tag in delay if its giving you trouble like in this video. Ex: Mr.F/ Manta w/Brain, or even BTD solo there. This gives yourmuch higher chances to avoid wasting 2 of the top 3 team like dark metal/hbhq.

How do Dr fate get stunned? Percentage dmg from dead stroke sp2 doesn't show any number, i guess it maybe because of this?
