It doesnt imply anything other than he was killed. Killed is killed. In this case the shooting of drugs killed him. If someone falls from a tree and breaks their neck then they were killed. If someone shoots heroin and dies then they were also killed. I didnt think it was important to state how he was killed. @@jgamb914 no its not killed means someone killed them. If they died due to falling, or something else that wasn't due to someone else its not that they were killed its that they died due to X. And it matters from a legal standpoint as well they are different.
