They are stars only in NXT, most of them when they move to RAW or SMACKDOWN, they become jobbers. There are multiple cases of people who were top stars in NXT, and who are now jobbers, for the vast majority of people already on the main roster. Perhaps the only one who, from NXT, also made a name for herself on the main roster, right from the start is Tiffany Stratton... people of the caliber of Tommaso Ciampa on the main roster became jobbers, only when Johnny returned, and reformed with he DIY, started to get some momentum back, minimal... let's say WWE, they have too many talents, and most of them are used very badly, and I'm only talking about what happens on the main roster. NXT, it's another story, perhaps it's the only show currently worth watching, of the main roster, only the PPVs are worth watching. Even though at PPVs, there are always the same faces for years. Only for the queen and king of the ring tournaments, there were different faces, and for only one PPV to be honest.
