No mention of reversing Apostacy ideas and that he went to fix the Kariate problem, which was devolving Judaism. "Is Moses Maimonides an unacknowledged ancestor of the psychoanalytic movement? In this book, David Bakan, Dan Merkur, and David S. Weiss look at the great medieval Jewish philosopher's prescription for the cure of souls and its psychological significance. In the Guide of the Perplexed, Maimonides, who was also a physician, describes the soul's illness: when sinners rationalize evil as good, they limit their capacities to reason, imagine, and behave well, which also produces physical symptoms. The cure depends on repentance in love and fear of God that is attained through philosophical knowledge, the interpretation of dreams and visions, and mystical contemplation. The authors look at the Aristotelian background of Maimonides' psychology, Maimonidean mysticism, his beliefs about prophecy and sexuality, and what is known of Maimonides' client population. A final chapter discusses Maimonides and Freud, noting that many distinctive features of the cure of souls are shared by Freud's original formulation of psychoanalysis. Indeed, the many points of convergence suggest Freud's direct or indirect contact with Maimonides' legacy."

And- this book is written in codes, which is because he didn't want uneducated people to read it and misunderstand it, and then go about and speaking bad about it. Educate yourself.

I understand that Moshe Maimonides, Mosa Ben Maimoun or RamBam was a great doctor who healed many people. However, I was very traumatized when I saw he encourages uncle and niece marriage as a mitzvah and the best marriage possible when it is horrible incest and abuse and brings very ill kids. How come most Jews don't marry their nieces nor direct nor close cousins and are therefore avoiding being extremely ill, sexually abusive, incestuous and traumatizing generation to generation. Just a question, why does Maimonides tell Jewish people to marry their nieces ? Isn't that incest and sexual abuse ? Why does Maimonides not tell them to venture out into the world, leave their nieces alone in peace and stop lusting after their relatives ?

    Dhimmi meaning
a person living in a region overrun by Muslim conquest who was accorded a protected status and allowed to retain his or her original faith.
Not second class citizens. The muslims were obligated to pay compulsory zakat to state to help the poor (old welfare system) but non muslims were free from that obligation, they were required to pay some 2% on some form of income to get protected status and to have a stake in the society, simple.

You forgot the part that they are not allowed to carry weapons, that they have to bring the jizzah tax (which sometimes reached 50% of their income) on their knees, that they are not allowed to build new synagogues, that they are not allowed to testify against Muslims in court or hold public office and of course permission to take their daughters For marriage or even mistresses. Jizyah is less then muslims mandatory zakat (charity). Zakat is 2.5% of savings, so imagine jizyah.
In Islam you cannot force non muslims to pay zakat as they do not believe in islam to have that obligation. So to pay for their defence and security like all over the world they paid a tax. Simple, its away of stake in the society. Its not like they were forced to join the miltary.
In uk we have 40% tax. No one feels degraded. The rich get tax lawyers and avoid paying tax, no one cares.
As a general rule in islam, whether your muslim or non muslim if your poor then you do not have to pay zakat or jizyah, its means dependant. Allah swt made islam easy for us.

Isaac and Ishmael are brothers and both are proponents of their Fathers Monotheistic Faith.
Pre-Islam Ishmaelites are monotheist very much similar to Isaacites-Israelites.
The Arabic Caliphate were the ones who introduced Islam (for political and ethnical reasons) a monotheistic concept very similar to Judaic Monotheism but with additional concepts of the Philosophies of JC (PBUH) and Mhmd (PBUH) accepted as prophecies, for those of the Ishmaelite descendants that has little interaction and communication with their Isaacite cousins, Islam was the closest form of the Monotheism they knew .
Though it could be also a possibility that was the option made available to them by ruling Caliphates.
It would but be fair to assume that a Jew and a Muslim can share a room in prayer and a Christian will be the odd one out in a different room.

Rambam/Maimonides is guilty over issuing the _heter iska,_ which is arguably not as bad as the traitor Hillel the Elder has done with his _prosbul,_ but of a similar vein and similar destruction of the Torah. There are no Orthodox Jews in the world. They are _all_ reformers, who thought they knew better. If only they at least understood as much as the Torah of Moshe Rabbeinu, perhaps they would have done some good. But sadly, they do not. I don't need to explain why the prosbul or heter iska are bad. Read them, read the Torah, and it is self explanatory. Rambam is Jewish corruption. They replaced God as the lawmaker, with lawmakers of their own choosing, who serve the rich and greedy, not justice and peace. The result is their never ending exile. I think the exile will not end, until Hillel and Rambam fall, although even that will probably not be enough (the Jubilee on land, or something other of similar severity, needs to be enacted and dutifully followed).
It is interesting that on his tomb stone, they make this Rambam close to equal to Moshe Rabbeinu, and they also devalue everyone who came after Moshe Rabbeinu, which includes all the prophets and true loyalists like King David who wrote the Psalms (in which it is said, the righteous do not take interest, iirc). Rambam wasn't even an authenticated prophet, and his innovation over the Torah is fraud (which also means, he can not even become a prophet, under the law of prophets, FWIK). Why do they put this man over all these good people ? Because they serve the rich and greedy, who want to scheme around to increase their money at all cost, and Rambam helps them do it, as did Hillel the Elder, the traitor. The world is lost. The consequences will become extreme. Per curses section in the Torah, the next round will be 7 times worse. The last punishment was the Nazis. Time is up also, the humans have gone insane with their nukes and war lust, their shallowness and their inability to create stability. GAME OVER. How awful, a world of fools with nukes. It cannot be, and it will not be for long. It is extremely unstable and self destructive.
