management game in which players will run a publishing company during the golden age of comics (1938-54).

As per the solo rule book:
"It is a very rare, but possible, occurrence that the Automa cannot perform any of the three available actions shown on the card; in this case, the Automa performs the first available action starting from left to right, from top to bottom, among those on the game board."
So even if it has a failed action, it still performs the first action on the board it can perform (in the order stated above). Also, it can still do a sales action, as it will flip and collect tiles based on the genre the player has published, but if the player hasn't published anything, it will use genre priority.

Very nice vid' ! Really help me to see how the automa is running.
Some minors issues i think :
41:02... Sales : I think it collect 3 tiles.. 7 is the MINIMUM.. but because it can collect 3 i think it should have collect one more.
53:00 I think you gave back 1 dollar because the artist is cheaper than the previous one (and you collect tiles even with no specialized artists)
58:00 "OULTLAW" should gain 1 fan because of the swap ;)
1:12:30 : IA should have picked the blue card on top of the deck.
1:16:25 You should paid 2 (not 4) so you should gain 2 with the bonus.
