Scott, your channel rocks! The best 2-stroke guidance out there.
The over the bench view is great.
    Also love your dry wit.

Nice one, Scott! Good to note that the causes for a lot of issues can be more subtle than they may seem...

Great video. I have an Husqvarna 350 that dumps oil out of it. I’ll have to have another look at it. Seem every saw I have leaks bar oil. New red max G4350 leaks too. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️
I have subscribed. Found you through Chris, In The Woodyard. 👋👋👍🏻👍🏻

Glad you corrected yourself with purge ball. LOL. Could you make a box under the table. Slide bar in just long enough to install handle.

That would work on a stationary bench but this bench hangs from a winch cable and lowers to the floor. A bar box would impede that ability. BTW, thats why it seems like I'm slamming saws on the bench because it bounces.

Some sort of vise with wooden jaws mounted to the bench would be great for holding saw bars and all sorts of stuff. How often do you come across repairs that are worth more than the tool? I dunno what your shop charges for labor but I imagine it could add up quick

I've been thinking about making a mount for adding a vise to that bench. I would need it to be removable. That bench lowers to the floor by a winch and allows me to roll heavy object onto it then lift them to working height. I don't want a vise to be in the way.

Do you have a video on replacing the oil filter screen on the bottom of the chainsaw?

Just use a chainsaw to cut a slit into the table itself and you can slide the bar back into the slit to put the handle on. Just move the saw slightly so the slit is slightly larger. Thats if the table is wood. Metal would need a plasma torch or wiz wheel o deaf

I've been thinking about making a clamp that bolts to the bar studs.

@@TheGreasyShopRag too complex and time consuming. My idea is free and might only take you a minute. Lol good luck brother 💪
