Why can't I like this more than once. You are really your name DIKE!!! I am typing this as I watch for the second time back yo back. I now understand the origin of "Igbo enwehi eze", it is a true legacy for each one brings something to the table. I also believe there must have been a way to reach a consensus in such meetings. Maybe such could be addressed from the evolution of culture you mentioned. But this 20mins is jam packed. The land of Ijele! Nnukwu mmanwu! Ana eti mmanwu ina anu ya! Daalu nwanne!
Good job Dike!! Thank you for making the Ndi Igbo [both past and present] proud. You are an amazing personality and thank you for making us not forget who we are.
I have not been cementing or even attending the Igbo World conference because of restrictions imposed by COVID -19 protocols. Recent events in land and beyond says we must speak now or forever hold our peace. It is the dawn of a new dawn.
Dike, Jide nke iji nwanneukwu. You spoke with the spirit of our ancestors bringing to light some of the misunderstood and confused parable. Ndigbo communicate with parables and adage, even, when names are given to our children which also are coded with meaning, which are usually depicting events or circumstances of parent's experience prior to children's birth, often times thanking Chiukwu okike in praise. Ndewo!!
Very true or 100% true?...It's not just the stories/historical events but it's also the way Dike, speaks with such power that you feel proud to have Igbo blood running through your veins ✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿
Dike Kudos you are doing very good nwanna. May God bless you. 2 corrections, It's " igara-gini n'imo iji-mara la imo tara-ata, igara-gini n'imo ooo? & Nmebi aha-nwa-ogaranya ka ogbugbu egburu-ya.
A wonderful poet and inspiring words but the part I really don't understand is the "Gowon benevolence". I ask myself, was Gowon benevolent to the Igbos?
