Your boys are delightful to watch judging food as they savour the taste. I'm pretty sure as they mature as a grown man they will definitely miss that kind of flavor, if they ever live out of the country in the future. Live my formative years there but live in NYC now for 40 years & I missed the food so badly even though we have Pinoy food available here. There's nothing like tasting authentic regional food in the Philippines. Nothing like a home cook meal
It’s fun to watch bunso trying some foods and pretty amazed how kuya likes the smell of durian - i bet he will like the “puyat” variant of durian. It’s nice to see you trying more local delicacies… chocolate moron is one of my favorite rice cakes. Yum!
What a food explosion😲😋. So proud of how Pinoys have been able to create new and unique types of foods and fruit mixes. Thank you for this episode. Must try Mama Sita’s Batuan when we go home👍🏼👍🏼
As a bicolano I tell you bicolano food is so underrated in Filipino cuisine. It has a complex flavor like other SEA food. It's not just sweet and salty like mainstream filipino food.
Hi! You have two delightful boys who seem like professional bloggers already! I just love your content.... so wholesome and informative. I have not been back to the Philippines for five years and truly miss our food! I would have loved to go to this food fair - there were lots of new food discoveries, some unusual and some nostalgic. Keep up with your good work and interesting videos.!
@@LLVT I used to love going to “The Taste of Chicago” every year around the 4th of July. So many different dishes from around the World. Food has always been a great bonding tradition in so many cultures.
Back at around 1990's, and I was still living in the Ph, we used to get water buffalo milk daily delivered to us. I always eat it with rice and a sprinkle of either sugar or salt.
you should have tried or bought binagol .that is so super yummy and my number one filipino delicacy ! was salivating when it was featured ,as it is not available outside Metro Manila and Leyte .
@@LLVT thats great . i just cannot wait for January to come, so that I can savor it again.I would like to bring them (Moron ,Binagol)here in Texas ,but its likely Customs will not permit them .
@@LLVT Pleasure is all mine. Hope one day you get to visit Davao City. I have no doubt your Family will gonna like it...Dont worry about your safety .( Davao is the safest place in the Country for everyone.)
Same! I am from the Visayas and champorado is more like a Tagalog thing I think. Rice and chocolate and dried fish mixed together just don't scream magic to me. But hey, it tastes good!😂😂😂

Kuya should start his own food vlog. I love the way he describes the taste of food.
He does have his own Instagram @kasen_eats and a sub channel here on our UA-cam.

So good! I learned that you can only order the Batuan online here in the Philippines… so make sure to stock up on plenty of it for some pasalubong.
