no hate but its called the wing of ìcarus because im greek
the new shotgun is the best if used correctly, it does around 100 building damage which is pretty big compared to the auto or hammer, it shoots relatively fast and does 90+ body pumps which kills the enemy faster than with te hammer.
u should play it with a drum mag tho bc 3 shots arent enough
Yea I'm one of my only friends that have adapted to its Playstyle , I loves the double barrel and if u use it like it's a double barrel it feels insanely op , I fucking love how it plays the wall damage throws people off because they are used to the hammer last season
and it doesn't get the x when shooting stading up against a wall, you can stand completely behind a wall and shoot someone

If you use the wings with a edited cone above you it will fling you forward and as long as you hold the wings you wont take fall damage and it will be very useful for endgame situations as I have used it in scrims and zonewars
So that's why I got flung off the damn island when trying to fly off. And I most definitely took fall damage even with the wings out 😅
The new shotgun is the best in the game rn imo.

2:47 aussie antics brought up a good point that has me disagree with this statement. the medallion that gives you the dash ability is probably the best assuming a duos game mode because it is free rotation for you and your teammate every zone because you can just pass the medallion back and forth to your teammate.

cerberus medallion is the best one cuz u can combo w flow berry and it’s free rotates cuz you can drop to ur duo and they get the dashes too. Hades is 2nd best in my opinion

A few details I didn't see in this video but noticed myself:
1-The effect of flowberries seems to last longer than in the previous season.
2-A regular jump with the Icarus Wings equipped will be higher, but slightly slower, so it's not a good idea to keep them equipped when in a fight since it makes your trajectory far more predictable. They do not reduce fall damage though as far as I can tell, so the only benefit of having them equipped seems to be to jump to ledges you otherwise wouldn't be able to quite reach.
3-The thermal scope is pretty OP. I'm surprised it wasn't mentioned.
4-Another new weapon mod is the speedgrip, which lets you move while ADSing faster (not sure what weapon that's best for though; maybe the sniper and huntress DMR?)
5-You can dodge quickly left or right in the air when flying with the Icarus wings, which is essential since it's so easy to get tagged while using them (I don't see many players using this feature yet, but it's great to spam when someone is trying to snipe you).
6-This may be obvious to many, but I just realized that the number of dashes you have left from the hades green thingy (and I think the medallion too) is indicated by the number of skulls floating around your character.
(I'll add more if/when I find them)
Holding the wings out disable fall damage like the medallion with sprint jump boost.

its a bug with the icarus wings, as far as I know its random. Ive gotten it and its more disorienting than an advantage.
