KITA MUAYTHAI or “Aerobics Muaythai”.is a new trend of exercise through dance, musical form of the sport blending creativity and culture, that invites all countries to apply their own traditions and cultural elements for everybody accessible, fun and promotes fitness for all.
“Kita” in Thai means Singing or Song, so “KITA MUAYTHAI” translates to Muaythai with music. Thailand, the motherland of MUAYTHAI by WMC and IFMA, would like to introduce to you, another side of the sport that goes beyond the combat discipline competed in the ring. We are going to organise the "KITA MUAYTHAI World Championships" an event that will give the opportunity to all interested countries to prepare and send a team to participate in the competition in Thailand soon.
