Oh my gosh, I cannot believe how I feel by listening to you. You are bringing some childhood feelings back I’d forgotten. Thank you for that. It’s explaining a lot of things as to my anxiety.

Glad to have you back again! I always find your content helpful.
A little over a month ago I heard you talk about the song in your eyes by Peter Gabriel, so I looked up tickets and saw he was coming to my city. The concert was two nights ago, and it was amazing. So happy I tuned into that video.

I love your work. Oh my goodness thank you so much for staying consistent for over seven years because then I wouldn’t have been able to see this at the right time.

Thank you! Your book has already tremendously changed my life! And I keep healing from the detachment from my inner child. It feels so good to finally be able to leave my anxious mind and find peace, love and confidence. I feel like breathing and yoga do the trick for me.

Why is it only trauma from when you were a child with your parents etc. and not from other traumas that may have happened when you were older and didn’t involve a parent? People have plenty of those as well.

What do you do when the trauma is not of your own abuse but watching your parent endure abuse? I was able to run away but my parent was not. The pain of abandoning her and the inability to help. How do you heal that?

I guess I’ll be a bit of a dissenter here. No disrespect to Dr. Russ, I think he has some amazing points, but it seems like the fact that he is saying that he had a pretty significant rebound of anxiety once he was on vacation (ie. stopped distracting himself with work), the anxiety returned is a sign that his prescription either isn’t working or he isn’t taking his own medicine. Just food for thought.

The root cause is the predisposition to suffer. The only solution is to prevent subconscious risk assessments through consistency of intellectual and creative engagement. Anxiety is not caused by trauma and this is where i disagree with him.

Can you have more than one alarm in your body? How do you know what chakra it’s located in? What does it feel like?

    I have 2 questions...
    1. It's quite difficult to find the alarm in the body. Ifever, how to know that it is the very alarm ?
    2. Can there be more than one alarm/ alarms ?

I love and really admire your videos, and thank you for explaining it with such ease. Could you discuss something about anxiety and fears that come from auras and seizures? Thank You
