@@MrFuzzleupagus Ahhhhhh c'mon! I'm not nearly as good as you think. It's all show business smoke and mirrors. Andy really is that good, though. We don't deserve him.
@@HarshTonesInc Andy is the “shit”. There’s no denying, but don’t sell yourself short, my friend. You deliver demos that are unique and amazing in their own regard. Your approach is a refreshing one for sure and I always take pleasure in enjoying them. I wish I could record/publish demos as amazing as you, Jamie.
Sounds great, Jamie! I’m absolutely in love with the intro and I’m seriously considering moving to Utah and joining a fringe fundamentalist LDS church that practices double marriage / bigamy just so I can say that sound: “Is mine!” Seriously, sounded absolutely freakin’ amazing!
Thanks! Glad you dig it. The P90s are really low noise. I used this guitar in a handful of fuzz and distortion demos with no noise issues. They love the dirt!
It's damned handsome, no doubt. I like to use live drums from a real drummer when I can, but for the most part I used Toontrack EZdrummer 2, which is probably the stupidest name for a product ever, and embarrassing to type or say out loud. That said, it's also a really good product, and is about as good as you can get for MIDI drums
It’s super light, lighter than most other guitars I own. Not sure of the exact poundage, but I’d guess right around 8 or less. I think it’s chambered pretty heavily.
I bought this guitar - I've owned eastwoods with P90s for about 12 years and always loved them. I am a little disappointed in the build on this one, given the price. Mine had to have fret work out of the box: specifically above the 16th fret. I will say that I like my action lower than standard. The frets also could be polished - they seemed a bit gritty out of the box.
Results will vary, I suppose. I've had a handful of Eastwoods over the years and they've all arrived perfectly set up, at least for my playing. The Black Widow I got for the demo was ace, but it was a demo model, so it might have gotten a little extra attention before it went out the door.
@@HarshTonesInc I literally just got mine back from a partial fret job. I still have buzzing on high e around 15th fret. Personally, results might vary when you pay $500 for a guitar. I'm sorry but fret buzz is pretty ridiculous on an instrument this expensive. As much as I love Eastwoods, I'm disappointed. I will say that they offered me a full refund but I wanted the guitar for the studio and didn't want to wait. I probably should have taken it.
That is a shame. For such high prices they should be perfect... so bad job on quality inspections with eastwood. Thanks for sharing... that will help me decide. For that price I expect it to be perfect. These aint budget guitars.
@@gwoodtones Sorry for the long delay: I still think it's worth it. After 2-3 years, this guitar has held up to my abuse, which is saying a good amount. The input jack came loose but that always happens. Overall, great sounding guitar that holds tune even when I bend the hell out of it. Aside from early fretwork, this guitar is amazing. Perfect playability and great p90 tone that I can only get from Eastwoods.
A lot of us would like to hear demos include at least the sounds of the guitar without distortion. I always wonder about the demos that do not do this as to what they're trying to hide. Why no natural pickup sounds?
I love the look of this guitar. I'd like to hear it clean.
We don’t really do clean here at Harsh Tones, but there are several other demos of this guitar on YT that cover clean sounds
@@HarshTonesIncI did like the demo! All good, you do you! And I do like the guitar.
Sounds and looks stunning! Seems like a winner for detuned stuff as well. 🔥🔥
Thanks man! It is a natural for drop tunings. I had it down to C with no setup tweaks or anything. Perfection
And here I am, lowly ole’ me, tryin’ to sound 1/16th as good as either one of you, but I’m not even worthy to be a pimple on either one of your asses.

@@MrFuzzleupagus Thanks dude! Heavy compliments. I really appreciate your continued support. It means a lot!
Geeez, that sounds awesome... I think you got me onto something here... 😋🤩
Right on! Thank you
Very nice look and tone. Sounds super with the Valco and throughout.
Thanks Tom! It's really hard to make this guitar sound bad. Lord knows I tried
Really dig that body shape. It's less double-cutaway LP JR and more Travis Bean TB1000a.
Definitely! There are a lot of TB and Mosrite parallels on this one, for sure.

sounds so good, duder.
Thanks homie! Much appreciated
Great demo man! A guitar that really impressed me when I saw an Eastwood ad. What about the noise that p90s produce?

@@HarshTonesInc Good to know! Cheers man
awesome Jamie
Thanks my dude!
waaaaaaaaaant it!
That's a great looking guitar.
Question: for your full band mixes, where do the drums come from?

P.S. I think I own the exact same red/black flannel shirt. I wanna say I got it at a Macy’s or J.C. Penney.
Hahaha, the buffalo plaid is a classic pattern! My fav flannel.
How heavy is the guitar? I imagine they either chambered it heavily or did the Gibson swiss cheese chambering. Sounds great 👍.

Website says "Average Weight: 7.5 lbs"

Beautiful. (;
Thank you my dude!
why are my ears burning
Killer sound. What pickups are in there? What type of p 90? Beautiful guitar in this colour
Thanks! It's the stock Eastwood high output P90
They are nice! Thank you for this nice review!

You came to the wrong place for clean tones, hoss
We all use them with distortion no?
I agree, demo’s should always include a clean sound. Put distortion on any guitar and you can make sound ok
I think it is a nice and well done video.
