I've used the virtual gunstock mode and it feels very awkward because you put your controllers near your face/chin which doesn't make any sense. Using a gunstock gives you multiple physical point of reference for muscle memory. Plus, the feel of a buttstock pushing against your shoulder when playing adds an extra layer of immersion... Which you can't get with playing free hand since your hands are just floating in the air

@@Yoshiburger71 all good man! The Sanlaki gunstock is definitely not cheap and it's not for everyone. I gotta say though, if you look at other legitimate gunstocks out there --- you'll see that the Sanlaki gunstock is actually priced competitively low. It also takes about 40 hrs to create a single standard gunstock

Im playing population one and dont want to play any other battle royal game, if i download this i wont want to play any other call of duty game, VR has already won so early and with ps3 graphics already being used. By 2026 the quest 5 will have 4k and realistic graphics i bet then no one will want to go back to console

Trash views a virtual gun stock
Virtual gunstock is good and works with most people. The problem is, it's not very immersive. Having the buttstock feel against your shoulder and the cheekrest when sniping makes the game more enjoyable for me and other players. Of course, it's not for everyone
What's it like with the gunstock brother?
Can't play without it! It has a slight learning curve but once you get the hang of it... it feels very satisfying to use! Having the buttstock feel and cheekrest when you use rifle or snipe...feels so good!
