Look into sustainable development David
In regards to Canadians not wanting to work on farms; what if the government reduced taxes on farmers and local Canadian foods, implement and/or raise tariffs on any imported foods that Canada already produces, incentivise the youth to take on temporary work contracts at farms across the country, make working on a farm a way to connect with nature and learn about where food comes from and what's involved in going farm to table.
Being A Labourer in my Younger Days You Never Got Enough Money to Wreak Your Body, if you get Hurt You Get Replaced and No Supports barley when it does happen. Disability dont give you enough to live on. $650 mo. is nothing to live on. $200 increase next year is a JOKE!!! But WE are NOT Laughing.
