펀치만 하는 거라면 초보 때는 엄지 뚫린 백글러브로 정권으로 치는 감 좀 잡다가 온스 있는걸로 넘어가시면 됩니다. 그리고 저는 복싱만해와서 MMA 글러브에 대해는 잘 모르겠네요. 먼저 체육관 가서 본인한테 잘 맞는 운동 찾으면 답이 나오지 안흘까 싶습니다.
