Note for the scenic lifts at Subang Parade near parkson area

- This lift is out of service for years after 2015 is quite a along time. I am not sure is it going to open back again lets find out in the future

Floors served- LG,GF,1F only- shopping floor only
the lift is still good i think the doors still looks fresh but other floors like GF&1F they took away the down and up button
for GF is the up button for 1F is the down button
for LGF is still in good condition

I don't think so. I have check with many concierge staff at Subang Parade. Most of them said all glass lifts in Subang Parade were not in good operating condition and all the basement Machine Room logic has been removed.
The scenic lifts has been derelict for years I rode this when I was a kid

@@LiftInMY I prefer SUNWAY PYRAMID scenic lift cause Sunway Pyramid use kone my favourite lifts brand. I heard that Subang Parade will be removing the scenic lifts soon.
Due to careless renovation happen 10 years plus ago.
I have rode this one also when I was little. I can't remember much. But I remember in that time 2 lift nearby Parkson became derelict first then the MBO. I'm guessing the speed is around 0.6m/s bcoz it's so slow even just 3 floors. The last time I remember it was maintain by Dover Elevator (M) Sdn Bhd

so you mean the glass lifts near by parkson were out of service first then the lift near MBO cinema turn to be out of service
and i did not know why subang parade is doing this to the glass lift
i miss that lift so much. But for sunway pyramid glass lift still work even i had a chance to ride this lift at sunway pyramid
@@lovelyliftinanyplaces7040 Last night i went to Subang Parade and i have seek information from the concierge about the glass lift. The concierge said all glass lifts were not in a good operating condition and all the logic has been removed 5 years ago. The machine room is located at the basement. It might removed all the glass lifts soon. If you ever come to Subang Parade you may ask concierge what happen to the glass lifts. The last time i rode in 2014 twice when reaching the first floor, the door take 1 minutes only able to open.
Also why r there so many Christmas song
Subang Parade always have music.
Goodnews will be coming by end 2022 wheather Subang Parade will decide to turn back on the scenic lifts or removing it. Have checked with the maintenance guy!

Perhaps no. I have check with the management office just now. They said all secnic glass lifts around Subang Parade will be removed soon and there will be no more glass lifts in Subang Parade in future. They said due to the number of visitors have drop slightly over the years because many new shooping mall around Klang Valley and most of the Klang Valley PPL prefer to go to the newer mall.
I think is because due to lightning strikes

@@yangjohnson479 Subang Parade cannot tell you the truth on why all glass lifts is out of service around Subang Parade. They can only give information for those who use for case study only. They will not let you know the reason why some lifts is out of service for hobby purposes.
I think they have a reason why the glass lift is out of service maybe is the speed

This lift is never been used
No it was really been used like before 2016
This lift is out of service because I think too many problems not sure why this mall really did not want to service or fix the lift?
The lift was working from 1989-2015

This lift might be modernized with a useless generic lift named *Syney*
useless what at least it moves most elevators in subang parade with original schindler have too many problems
