Welsh CARNIVAL is Back After Struggles With Bank - Borth Carnival August 4 2023

This week on Third Rate content, we take in the street parade of Borth carnival , Ceredigion West Wales.
The Carnival is in its second year returning after ceasing during the events of 2020/21, although financial complications caused by a major high street bank have caused obstacles and consternation for those running the event.
