TL;DR:
For the shooting at the edges of builds part, he’s abusing the third person perspective. The shot can get “around” the wall depending on the angle so you can aim at the player through the wall on the edge of the build while you’re completely covered and they’re not. So because of the gun shooting from third person, it’s perfect peaking, but in pxlarized case it’s without having to jump or move into the peak so it looks lazy.
The long explanation:
I think the way people take right hands is evolving. Normally people would make an edit, get behind it, and then peak to shoot. But in his case it’s more like he makes an edit that barely opens up an area he’s already behind, and then he shoots where the player is, even if the wall may be partly in the way. That sort of ensures that he’s behind the wall and doesn’t take damage in the trade because the opponent literally can’t see him.
And really he’s in control of every aspect of the whole fight now, because now he can make the player break the wall when he wants, basically nullifying their damage so they’re sitting there on a cooldown with no time to switch weapons. AND on top of that, they can’t react in time to replace the wall when they break it because he’s already holding it, because he shot comparably a while ago.
It doesn’t look exactly like that because, like I said, it’s still an evolving thing so the normal way of fighting is mixed with that new stuff. But it’s definitely the next thing to master. Shooting the player at the edges of builds because it’s perfect cover.

Did you know that if you can't run a game at your monitor refresh rate then you do NOT want to waste money on it. You have avarage of 450 fps. You don't need that monitor because your game can't render it. You need to have capped 650hz monitor.
