The main circumstantial evidence in a nutshell:
1. Witness testimony both he and Lizard was summoned to kartel's home for two missing firearms (motive)
2. Eyewitness places kartel at the scene of Lizard's last known whereabouts
3. Eyewitness testimony Lizard was "lifeless" when he last saw him
4. Lizard has not been seen since the day the witness identified him being "lifeless" at kartel's home
5. Uncontested voice recording of kartel implicating himself in wanting Lizard dead (uncontested because kartel did not take the stand to provide a denial - in the legal community this is referred to as a silent admission)
6. Text messages implicating kartel in Lizard's death and disposal (again, uncontested)
7. Witness said he escaped after kartel bit by a dog (credible viva voce details)
8. kartel was confirmed to have gone to the hospital on the night in question for a dog bite (corroboration of the witnesses testimony)
9. kartel's house (the scene of the crime) was destroyed by fire, according to the prosecutor's narrative, to conceal evidence
10. Investigators discovered foul odour, and subsequently cleaning solution, at kartel's destroyed residence (the scene of the crime)
Under most circumstances, the weight (or preponderance) of this kind of circumstantial evidence is sufficient to obtain a conviction.

English is the language we learn in school. Patios and dialect is not international... his speech pattern was very Jamaican and comprehensive. Please help me understand what you are trying to say.
You gotta be able to relate to more than just Jamaicans. Jamaican patois is a spoken language. You don't read or write in patios. So if that's the only way you know how to express yourself, then you're probably illiterate.
