Thank you so much for the encouragement, it’s always needed and appreciated. 🥹🙏🏻 the drive can ebb and flow, but on the low days I just put myself where I was about 6 months ago and then I’m all set! 👀😂💜 Thank you for being here 💜
Thank you for being Transparent by showing us all this . To those would be interested in doing it like Mitera , just bear in mind , no matter what , you still need to " DO IT " . being at the bench for hours , days , sweat , tears , handling problems , dealing with the presuure and unforseen stuff . It is very very scary .
OMG, Adriana, what are the chances 😮😁 Just saw your video and I swear, this is a coincidence, I was posting a workshop tour video on my channel today 🤭 Anyway, really enjoyed seeing your workshop and how you organize your space and your tools, thanks a lot for sharing it with us! I'm moving out of mine in a few days, which is why I wanted to commemorate it in a form of a video. I'm actually moving my workshop back to my flat, which is something I'm super excited about despite downsizing. Having a bench close by is the best and after renting my space for three years I'm now more certain than ever, that I just can't be having my workshop outside of my home, it doesn't work for me 😀
That’s so exciting, I can’t wait to watch it! 😍 I remember seeing your video moving into that space so of course you have to document this big change! 🎉💜 I’m sure there were some positives of having a workspace out of your home but the benefits of just walking right down the hall are pretty convenient right? 🙈 I look forward to your video about the new down sized setup! 💜☺️
I absolutely love that you shared the area you don’t usually share (laundry) 🥰🤩 I solder in my laundry room and have my bench next to furniture that’s being stored away… sometimes, we don’t get to have a perfect studio but we make it perfect for us 🤍🤍🤍 thank you for making me feel like I’m not alone 🥴🥰
Great studio you have! I think it's important to have a nice place to work in that has nice walls and bright colours. You gave me an idea about having indoor plants! What a good idea! working in a nice environment makes people happy I think. Better than working in a dark old place that can be depressing.
Thank you! 🙏🏻 and yes, making your space cozy and a place you actually enjoy visually helps a lot! 🥹 I hope you enjoy your first plant if you get one! 🎉
Gorgeous plant babies! They give your studio such a welcoming and fresh ambiance - and much needed fresh O2! Adriana, I have a tip for you: I suggest moving your pickle pot away from your mill. The fuming/steaming of your pickle is very acidic and can/will pit your rollers. I drown my mill in oil (3-in-1) and keep it lightly covered (cut a pillowcase in half and drape over so dust/crap won't sit on your pristine rollers and get into your work). But that pickle: far away from your beautiful mill. 😍 Love your studio space!
Hi. Wonderful studio. Equipment and tools assembled with knowledge and love. Do you plan to switch to new technologies in jewelry - 3D wax printing and lost wax casting in a vacuum.
Thank you!! 🙏🏻 😊 I am open to the idea of 3d printing although, as of right now I’m enjoying wax carving so much so I don’t know when I will branch away to learn all of that software that comes with 3d printing. 🙈 I am open to it one day!
It may be easier to cut the legs of the bench to lower it rather than to build a platform. I'm not sure how low the bottom shelf is. If the shelf is too low you may lose the bottom shelf which may not be an option.
This seems to be the general consensus which makes me sad 🫠 lol the bottom shelf is pretty low though like you said but it could be worth revisiting and having basket drawers on the bottom?…that would be sad 🫢
I love the work space you have created over the years. You have really inspired me to go even more deeper with my Business. I have recently turned the bottom of my hutch into a workspace for me to work on my jewelry. Even though I can't show my juriant things like that on UA-cam I have created a few videos of me making jewelry. I would love to show you some of the things I have made. And would love your opinion! Please let me know if you would like to see them.😊
We now do 5+ million a year. If you ever want to know what we do, Im happy to talk. Free.... im not trying to get anything from you. Just give you some advice if you ever want it. @MiteraMade Keep up the good work
Hi! I’m about to get the Pepe engraving ball /ball vise. Is it stable enough for hammer setting a pendant? Does the ball slide around easily in its ring?
Where did you get that desk that your dust collector is at. You shared where you got the other 3 but not that one lol and that’s the one I’ve always loved 😂
That’s just a little drawer that came with an old 90s computer desk that I bought second hand from someone when I was in England 😭💔 I just painted it and kept it when I chunked the desk, I’m sorry. 💔 keep your eyes peeled on FB market place for little things like that 🙌🏼💜
@@MiteraMade ahh gotcha! Guess they don’t make much furniture like they used to! 🥲Majority of our home furniture is all 90s/early 2000s stuff. It’s soooo durable despite its age
As someone trying to get into jewelry making a lot of projects I want to make involves casting is the Kaya cast table absolutely necessary now because it’s not in my budget to buy one yet
I hope you find a way around it all! 💜 there are professional casting houses that can casts your work for you, have you been using someone like that? 🙏🏻
Thank you very much. I have been working in design and learning more on my small table for a year. I love your support in this field to also encourage beginners. 🤍🙏🏻

Paragon do a really good lineup of kilns. Their really good and now come with the ‘easier to use’ screen. Check them out.

Where did that fabulous pink light come from? Does Pepe Tools have it? I sure hope so! 😉 🌺 🌺

I’ll watch whiles I have a coffee.

Can we get a video on how you make the silicone molds??
Just cut parts of the benches legs off and use the remaining wood as a coaster to sit your crucibles on 😊
Not a bad idea but it just feels wrong 🫠😂😂 I’ll have to sit on this one 🙈🙏🏻
@@MiteraMade 😂😂😂😂😂 that was a good one lol
