A a Kenyan there is one thing i like with SOUTH AFRICANS Though you gained your independence from the colonial power after many years of struggle you people have embraced your culture. Your songs are rich in african culture taste. It is really endowed with Gods own glory. i like your music.even though i may not understand the language but watching and listening to it brings home the massage. VIVA SOUTH AFRICA.

There is sense of purity that comes with this song. It reminds me of my uncle who would cross the border from Zimbabwe to SA during the toughest times in Zimbabwe around 2007 to 2008. He would provide for us and many others in the family. He brought a tape of this song from the trips he made to SA. I really like the song

It's 2023. I'm what's considered Model C child but this song.....reminds me of the simpler times as a South African 🇿🇦 and a Zulu person ❤️❤️❤️.
A timeless song with a great message and powerful context. Shwi Nomntekhala battled stereotypes and silence with this masterpiece.
Ngiyaziqhenya ngabo (I'm proud of them)

These guys need the biggest recognition award! really leaves one in awe at such simplistic melodical and lyrical content touching deep within the heart. life lesson to both men and women. None of us are invincible, our bodies are lent to us and if we don't look after them no hospital will help... "hamba baba awunalutho" This song will last for a very very long time.

+thabani tshuma Now, you can rightly call yourself a cultural ambassador. I also live in Soweto and I have found most foreign tourists are misinformed by some bitter white South Africans that they'll be killed the moment they set their foot in Soweto. I am happy that the majority of those tourists choose to ignore such stupid advices and are still alive to tell. Soweto is a happening place and relatively safe than most SA places. We need their Pound Sterling more than ever. Thabani, encourage them to come this side more.

I'm so emotional listening to this today. The strange thing is last night I saw my late aunt, my mother's younger sister who passed on due to HIV come to me in my dream. All I could do was to kiss her and embraced her in the dream.
