Aliexpress bootlegs of Jill Valentine & Leon Kennedy from Resident Evil

- Got my bootleg Jill Valentine (Resident Evil 3 Remake) to join bootleg Leon Kennedy (Resident Evil 2 Remake). Both figures are from Aliexpress while the originals are from the Collectors Edition of their respective games.

Honestly looks allot better than I expected.
Kinda considering grabbing that bootleg Jill at this point.
The real one is crazy pricy
Definitely more affordable for the casual collector!
I have the jill one it does look good even more in person
Searched for a video like this that shows a replica of the figure because I wanted to buy it on Aliexpress but I wanted to see how it looked IRL (I can't afford the real collector's edition, way too expensive !) So this video was really helpful, thanks !

Thank you for posting this. I wanted the original one of Jill, but couldn't find one. I was concerned that the bootleg one would be awful, but am glad to see that she looks great for the price. After seeing this, I just ordered one off of Ebay.

Searched for this because it popped up on my app, for a bootleg it doesn't look as bad as I expected, compared to others I've seen the paint job looks quite decent
For the price it's a steal especially when you can't get the actual one even if you have the cash to spare.

Fame face sculpt for both it seems, interesting.
Is it me or it looks slightly less defined than the authentic ones? Can you tell us how much you got them for?
It's about $45 SGD, which is about $33 I think. It's definitely not as defined as the authentic ones but I highly suspect they are from the same mould.

I assume you don't have the originals? Would be interesting to see them side-by-side with their original ones!
If they are from the same mould, does that mean the details are just down to the paint?
I'm sorry I don't. From what I see from the mould, there's not too much difference, but the paint job can be pretty much dependant on which batch you're getting because I doubt there's much QC involved, unfortunately. If you want I can take better photos for you.
I have both the og and the recast version of leon. The details on the og are much better then on the recast. It is not bad for the pricepoint though

@@nitehawk7652 If You bought it as part of the Colllectors Edition you have the original. If you bought it "new" as figure only you probably have the Bootleg. The face is a little thinner and longer on the bootleg and the clothes are less detailed and look a little "smeared". The Base of the Bootleg is also hollow on the downside while the OG base is not. Also the letters on the OG are collored in gold and on the Bootleg the lettering is off and its not colored as nicely.

You can just do a search, a lot of stores are carrying it, shouldn't be an issue finding it.
