Nice advertisment for Arco and its ambiance too. It is not Granite or South France or Spain in Winter , but you will find everywhere sunny limestone rocks for a few hours to shorten the winter blues to avoid overfilled Rock Gyms in the evening! :)
Super video like all of yours! Feelling akward seeing what the region looked like about a half a year ago. Hope the people there have the strenght to recover from the disaster!
Glad to see you having fun and enjoying life Adam. We all know you hold yourself to the highest standard, and because of that you can be very hard on yourself. Recharge the body and mind - we know you'll be back to assert your competition excellence soon!
That is my favourit place on earth! I miss it so much, and last year you started my love for climbing when i was watching the world championchip in Innsbruck during our holiday there in riva del garda 😍 thanks Adam, for inspiring me
I d say the idea of the video was to essentially show what the time lapse was really about. Resting and chilling. However they could have added lil bit more to the climbing ye
i like watching this videos but id appreciate more focus on the climbing itself, there are way too many cuts and switches to different angles when Adam is climbing which makes it hard to see his technique and how he climbs, which makes really difficult to learn from him
@@danpolasek Not a climbing movie, but i think the cameras, when adam climbs, should record the full climb and dont cut it, like other youtubers where u can appreciate the full climb and learn moves, technique, and such thats it, because on this video, when hes climbing, is cut after cut after cut, so in the end i dont see the climb =( , im asking for raw footage of the climb.
8c like a warm up...I cannot climb properly a 7a with the best conditions....humans are incredible !! ADAM THE BEST ! If he will not be in Tokyo, I'm sure I will not watch the competition !!!!!
ciao Adam! hai mai scalato a EISZEIT (Passo Gardena)? Se una volta ti trovi in zona Arco, merita sicuramente una visita, anche se non è così vicino: magari la parete e la roccia ti inspirano e trovi il tempo di montare un super-progetto. Abbracci!
Can't help but feel sorry for Adam's girlfriend sometimes, these videos make it look like they can't even go on a nice date without the camera crew following them 😂😂
I don't think, I think they can have their own intimity. She's just on few shots and he films to make a kind of diary-video so I think sometimes they shot the videos they need and after they make their life :) If it was a problem, she will tell him I think
Do you plan to make a Q&A someday? If yes, I have a question. I wonder what's your opinion and experiences with creatin suplementation? I am really wonder how widespread it is in the professional climbing scene. An undiscusses topic.
Honestly when you get to a certain level, it's much, much more about technique, mental capabilities, flexibility, than pure strength. Most elite climbers have all the strength they need.
@DavidGoldstein Yep you are somehow right. But climbing is still a really powerful sport. And yeah creatin shoud increase your maximal strengh, recovery and resting time in between a boulder. I for myself experience a massive increase in my climbing capabilitys. And you can see it also like that. The more power you have, the more technic you can practise.
Hey Adam, super cool video, but can you precise if the 8C and the 8C+ are onsight ? :) , good luck for qualifications , nexts are in Toulouse if I'm not wrong From France
@@Beingahumanbeing Arco is the first choice for climbers, and it is quite conveniently located app 3 miles from Lago di Garda. The whole Garda Trentino area is awesome, been going there for 20 years now and still find new places to explore. Best time to visit is probably spring and autumn. it is quite hot in summer and there is a lot of people. In low season it is even more awesome and better temperatures for climbing.
@@Beingahumanbeing Places worth seeing app 30 min from Arco - Riva is nice for the afternoon, specially vicinity of port and there is a nice sushi restaurant there. Limone sul Garda is lovely old town to visit. Another one well worth visiting is Malcesine. The old part is just stunning. While visiting Malcesine you can go on a cable ride to the top of Monte Baldo. Great views of Brenta group in Dolomites. also Visit Canale di Tenno and Lago di Tenno, one of the most beautiful places around. When you are driving to Limone sul Garda it is worth going a bit further and taking the strada del forra to the village of Termosine. Really there are countless places you can visit there. Thisd one is just a short list of my top things to see at North Garda. Hope that helps.
Human your comment is full of mistakes men, just read it also English it's not my native language, but I got a good level because of all the effort. I also speak Spanish (as my main language), french and a little bit of italian. the point of my comment is just to let you know that your english sucks and you should work on it
Hey Adam, question for u do u take any suplements and what do u think about collagen peptide? Is it just an advertisement or does it really make your fingers tendon stronger and less likely to get injured? Would like to hear anyones opinion too...
All that production crew and all those days for a 6 minute video with about 2 minutes of climbing? I don't get it. Want more and more technical explanation.
adam is an outdoor climber it needs outdoor style video no scripted walking at the sea scene its nice to see but film it when its happen naturally pls we dont need that scripted stuff
For me personally, Adam seems more happy in this video than on the podium at the world championships.
Same thing. I think this is just the place and moment he was waiting for a long time.
Absolutely! He comes across like 20 "soul-pounds" lighter. Very nice to see.
I see it like you ;-)
When my lifegoal is his warmup #fml
he always warms up on 7 route
Adam and Iva always look so cute together. It would be nice to see some footage of her climbing too!
there is. She is known Czech climber and you can find her on YT ( I think Montana did some vids with her) , but it is in Czech unfortunately
So nice to see you enjoying your time again after having such a stressed time with all the competitions
Enjoy your self and do what you love👌
That super calm intro to the regular Adam intro surprised the crap outta me 😂haha
wish I was as smily and positive as Adam Ondra, such a great climber to follow !!!

the routes, the shots, the comments, the music... all amazing! of course longer shots of the routes would be even more amazing, thanks for everything
does 8c like it's warming up:D
right ?!
When you have climbed 9c, the hardest 8c feels like 8D
Its also got water flowing over it
Glad to see you having fun and enjoying life Adam. We all know you hold yourself to the highest standard, and because of that you can be very hard on yourself. Recharge the body and mind - we know you'll be back to assert your competition excellence soon!
So much positive energy! Amazing video thank you!
Riva del Garda and Arco - what incredible places :D Glad Adam loves them too.
What a beautiful place ! Have fun you guys!
Great to see you back in Italy Adam. Next year we want to see you in Frasassi.

Did he just onsight 8c+ in the rain?! This Olympic training is really paying off!
Thomas Gogerty do you know who this man is?
@@kemaldurdag1721 i bet he thought of that day as "relaxing easy climbs"
I think it's the Olympics that train for Adam, not the other way around
Great cinematography! And great climbing of course, haha.
"At least it's something different, in the gym it never rains." - shows you the positive mindset that pushes Adam further and further :).
Yes Adam I loved you're video.great climb and lovely place to do it.
love you Adam! you're such a great inspiration!
Very sweet you guys! Hope you're enjoying the break :)
05:00 - Hey! Only Magnus Midtbø is allowed to turn his dates into climbing videos!
Yeah, that last one with a gymnast was pretty cool.
Ivana Petkovic this comment is so underrated 🤣🤣
Wait ..... Does that mean he was dating Juji and Tom for a while? At the same time?
This was one of my favorite video so far! Kinda like vlog style; more landscape and nice shots :) But I also rly like the more training videos!
Would've been nice if the climbing weren't so chopped up. There's no need to cut so much.
Garbaz agreed
I think they were experimenting with more cameras
Agree!!

As much fun as these videos can be, I'm here to watch Adam climb. Uncut, raw footage is what I really want.
short and sweet :) glad you seem happier!
I wish these vlogs were longer :,( you are awesome adam. Love from the UK
This is turning more into a vlog than it is a chronicle of exceptional climbing. More climbing, less cuts!
So wholesome! Lovely

Hey Adam, could you explain your switch to the female solutions?
just color, the female and male solutions have the same shape, theres no difference between them
The heel fits a bit tighter on the female Solutions.
thinner midsole (0.9mm vs. 1.1mm)
petite feet. feminine step.
Just aesthetics, he looks just more sexeh
