@@e_hs unless you really like the power no, the issue is then you are using a ally passive just for frostblast instead of aquaman which leads to way more dmg because you are using IE so often to lower the cooldown on your ally. An ally will do way more dmg than frostblast.
I use the heat vision with Solar Amplifier alongside Transformation and Strategist cards for my arts. I would use freezing breath but I’m kind of waiting for them to make a new artefact that’s freezing breath based tbh.
What you mentioned about ice boulder strike not hitting with large character models, I also noticed with mass detonation with fire, sometimes after casting mass det, no damage would register, it would only say immune
10:52 Personally I don't rate Neo-Venom Boost for Ice Might at all, unless its for hallway adds and you have a lot of travelling around to do. Ice Elemental just has the superior buff and duration, and it doesn't stack well enough having both to warrant using Neo-Venom over Speed Drain or Blizzard (while in IE form).
Just wanna make this comment now cus I’m sure you’re gunna do an updated Hard Light as well, but you need to update the ranged LO. I’ve contemplated making a video myself but you’d reach a much bigger audience more easily so yeah. The range LO you’ve always used is ram-combo fan clipped with ram-combo fan… but I’ve found that impact-combo chainsaw clipped with impact-combo chainsaw does much more damage. I believe the reason is because chainsaw is considered a melee ability, but because you’re clipping the chainsaw animation with impact again, you’re able to stay at maxed range. Getting the clipping down can be tricky but once you’ve got it down it’s pretty simple. For a range build for adds (so like for elite content where you can’t melee for pretty much the entire raid) my LO from left to right is robot sidekick-phase dodge-light barrier-light weight strike-impact-neo venom. The rotation is simple, just clip light weight strike, barrier, and PD together. Tap triangle to get out of PD and go into impact. You don’t HAVE to do this but I like to get the little bit of extra SC regen from Lightweight Strike. For a more hybrid build (a boss fight with some adds in between like Perpetua) my LO from Left to right is robot sidekick-light barrier-impact-neo-grasping-hand clap. Basically when adds are out you do the impact-chainsaw spam, and on the boss itself you do the traditional gh-gh hold-hand clap-clap-clap clipped back into gh. Just wanted to share this because this little rotation has muuuuuch more potential then ram-fan over and over. For comparison, on 5 targets my average parse over 6 parses (CR 275, 152975 base might, rank 200 trans strat and grim) with ram-fan averages about 152k (my lows are like 140s highs are 160s, depends on the strategist procs really.) whereas the impact-chainsaw rotation over 6 parses averages about 200k (my lowest parse was like 180k highest is consistently about 220k). So as you can see it’s a pretty substantial difference. In fact when this rotation parses consistently high, it’s hitting almost melee numbers (albeit somewhat low parses for melee, still it’s pretty respectable). So yeah, give this a shot in your testing and have a go at it for yourself. One concession i will make however is that it’s veryyy power intensive. I get around this by using cyborg and Batman who laughs ally passives, so I rarely have power issues in content but if you don’t have those leveled or don’t have your might/power stat maxed out with stat points then it can be tough to keep up. However I wanna reiterate that this rotation can be used from MAX range and is much more competitive. Hope you see this! lol

I’m leveling my quis now slowly but if you have grim leveled it’s perfectly viable. Grim AND quis is overkill, besides the constant ticks from impact on multiple adds gives manyyyy opportunities for strat to proc so I think the “perfect” combo for Light would be Trans Strat and Quis. As far as my rotation goes, the meat of it is the impact spam. Literally all of the other powers on the LO just boils down to preference, I was just showing mines specifically.

Only reason I don't run chompers is because grim applies my PI anyways, but when I level quit I planned on testing it out. As far as freeze breathe goes I'm already forced to use that on my rage toon n I don't really like it so I just opted not to use it for HL lol. I don't think flute really benefits us tho because our "best" SC is Neo venom and it doesn't proc flute. I do have my gemini leveled tho for swapping.

I’m might rn but doing so many channels in content and having to cancel them so often for mechs like especially in the 2 new raids I feel like I’m missing out on damage. Tswe and tsde also the same so many room mechs on all the bosses, popping golem and then going into a channel, sure you can cancel it with a weapon tap but that time can get you killed where with prec u can just roll mid flurry and have constant movement Just curious on your thoughts, staying ice for the tanking but thinking of going ice prec for the survivability in e and e+, people tell me not to because golem is so strong but that don’t matter if I pop golem then by time i can movie im dead in nerons lava or alices ankh lol
too long of an animation and there are plenty of mechanics in raids that can cancel/interrupt FB and there is still a bug where you can clip it too early and when all that happens its a huge damage loss. If it worked like Fire's Fireburst it would be fine.

Battle Trolls imo doesn’t need to spec in vit as you’re not really giving power, with a loadout if you’re running the usual dps gear in controller role.
I used to love ice might, but it doesn't even come close to the prec side so I haven't been might with it for a few years. Even my sorc prec pet build destroys it, and that's without trans, strat, eog.

krypto does blink so that could certainly be an issue in elite raids in the back, didn't get a chance to run it in EoG groups on test server. Could be worth the feedback to mention not to blink because a dog would never leave your side ;)

Because this is a dps guide, why would I intentionally tell you bad artifact combinations that will do poorly just because you want it “mix it up” so I tell a player to use la mort card he goes and spends $100 to level it and then I say sorry it’s actually useless but I just wanted to mix it up and now you are stuck. This channel is about making players better and giving trusted advice based in testing and experience
Luis, Obsidian always says those two arts because it's the "meta" i.e transformation card and strategist. He also recommends to be in super speed movement. A good player will do their own testing and see what works best for them since alerts and raids have different scenarios.

You need to be in combat for EoG to proc, are you hitting a sc before another power or before you hit an add

that loadout only works for open world if that an u gotta have good arts elites u loose damage in the raid
you need good arts for any dps power, that isn't just the case for Ice

nothing has changed with tank. You would run shatter restraints if you run superman ally, if not run a supercharge/amazon deflection

there won't be another rotation above 2mil for Ice. Either you play it safe and rely on stacking eogs from other dps or you take risk.
