Hurricane Harvey Victims Pt2

As i was trying to find food during Hurricane Harvey, I saw a countless number of men, women, & children walking thru waste deep water, and some were waiting in the rain outside of a local CVS waiting on the Metro City Buses to rescue them as promised. The fire department was there but were not able to get all the people thru the waters to safety and informed me that they had been waiting on the buses for several hours now...So I did what came natural
