Thank you for this history lesson. I’m from Worcester, Massachusetts and did not know this. So again thank you .🙏

What a rare and heartening treat! I am so glad to see the truth vindicated in these times of popular denialist revionsionism. AS a resdient of Massachusetts, I have met great resistance from the state government about including Nipmuc culture and history on their informational and interpretive messages, and from which they are almost entirely censored. On a bunch of other levels, the state and its neighbors continue to oppress First Nations culture, history, and archaeology. Except here!

Such an important and valuable correction of skewed "history!" Thank you for truth and honoring of the First Peoples.

I tried to prevent a gravel pit from expanding further and blasting along the Mill River because i had found a mortar and a few other artifacts while hiking in the forest of what would soon disappear. I was laughed at and mocked, told there were historically no tribes in the area.
(There were also nests of great horned owl, hawk, and falcon in giant trees that are now merely former ghosts in an enormous sandy crater).
I wish there were some way to preserve small pockets of these areas before the history gets wiped away by sprawling packed developments and shopping centers.

Are these adopted Indians ? American aboriginals don’t look like this at all.I hear them talking about the white man but they look exactly like them. There are no aboriginals around the world that look anything like them

I was taught there were 4 Base Races:
      Dravidian
      Negroid
      Mongoloid
      Caucasoid
      Caucasoid…. as in Caucasian.
      Caucasian is not a race?
