Only way I know how to play PS2 games on phones is AetherSX2 which you should be able to find in the Play store. I don't know how well it works as I don't use my phone for emulation but I've heard it works good. As for iPhone I don't know if its available because I don't use apple products and all my friends don't either. For emulation using a computer is always the best option as almost all computers can emulate decently while phones are only just getting strong enough to do it well over the last few years.
