- I went to the WORST RATED MAKEUP ARTIST in my city, in LONDON.
This makeup artist kept blaming me for why the makeup was not neat, and making excuses by explaining that it was my fault LOL !
Seriously, I paid £50 for this makeup look *cries*! 😭
OMG, this woman does not have a clue what she's doing. I can't believe she has the nerve to charge for that. She's not even giving you her full attention while she's taking phone calls, talking with other customers etc. Plus, she's rude trying to blame you for the mess that she's making of your eyes when she obviously has absolutely no reason being a MUA, nevermind actually charging you for that! I can't believe you were so calm. I would have had to have gotten up and left right after she started scribbling eyeshadow halfway down the sides of my nose. I'll save you the pain and won't mention the eyelashes or the way she halfway applied lipstick. Oh and since when is blush applied to your entire cheek down to your jawline? You legitimately have the patience of a saint. Love your videos!
You can still get hep b & c with out having intercourse you can get it many ways 🤦🏻♀️
Girl lest be honest, the blush is the least of the problems of this make up look. I can let the blush go, but those eyes tho 😆😆

Lucky you! Not only do you get your makeup LEWK.. you get ignored, put down, free anxiety and possibly a case of Hepatitis. Now THAT is an experience!!
Also Julia has an open wound (probably a pimple that has been popped but has yet to heal) on her face. The MUA took the concealer wand and went over the open wound with the wand in order to put concealer on Julia’s face, thus contaminating the concealer wand! At this point, if that concealer hasn’t been thrown out, the MUA will end up possibly infecting others with that contaminated concealer wand. Now I’m not saying that Julia may have anything that could cause disease that the concealer wand touched with her ruptured pimple. However when you are taking a job that involves working with people and has an important in prevention of cross-contamination, but to abide by the Universal Standard of Precautions, which basically states that a professional is to act as off EVERYTHING they touch has the potential of causing disease if you let your guard down. That way, you greatly lower the risk of cross-contamination. Obviously this MUA didn’t do that. Which then makes me wonder who else has she might’ve caused infection to as a result of her negligence.
She's very rude about a blemish, it wouldn't be an issue if she sanitised her kit properly or used disposable sponges. You don't deserve to feel like you need to apologise

When hep b and c were mentionned, I would have been out of the salon and I would have filed a complaint. This is next level dangerous!

Yes, your right. I understand people get sick but the average person potentially doesn't understand how these infections are spread. It's usually intimate contact involving fluids or by contaminated needles. A loved one contracted a form of Hep and they turned canary yellow, and said they felt absolutely awful. It can damage your liver. I think she should have excused herself for a moment and simply explained it was an important call she had to take. Doctors don't tend to speak more than a few minutes on the phone

Even tho she was shitty af to her client by doing that crappy makeup look on her, it's not right for everyone to assume she's positive of those conditions. They are simple talking about getting labs done or picking up results for labs, but most likely she's needing to go pick up the orders from the Dr, then get the blood drawn at the lab.
@@gonebananas777 people do assume things unfortunately, I know how hepatitis is likely to be passed but lots of people don't, so it might make some people panic if someone they assume has it who is working on their face. The poor hygiene standards in these places probably doesn't help either

I am always blown away at the fact that these people are charging money for what a child would do to your face. Like you are a grown person you should know what looks good on the face and what looks atrocious. And the fact that you’re charging money means you should know even more about what looks okay on a face.
But it’s always like it doesn’t just look like poorly done makeup it looks like this person is 5 doing it.

It goes to show though, she shouldn't have taken that call in front of a client, bc now everyone thinks she has hepatitis when in fact, nothing like that was ever said. This woman is NOT a professional, bc a professional mua would've never taken a phone call in the middle of working on a client! Not to mention, hep anything would be in such small quantities in the saliva that it's virtually impossible to pass it to someone else via that route, however I wouldn't take the chance personally if I knew someone was positive. But, we don't know if she was or not, bc the nurse wasn't calling to give her results, she was informing her to come get the lab orders to go get the test done, or to come pick up the results, nothing about being positive. I want to say it again I love the natural sounds, even if your not trying to make ASMR videos I just find it very relaxing to watch!!... also the makeup is not great especially the eyeshadow down the sides of your nose 😂 but that is why we love these videos lol and your very sweet and polite even tho it didn’t seem that great of an experience ☺️ x

She put the head wrap on backwards, the Velcro she was struggling with is supposed to be on the top, you're meant to scoop it under the back of the neck and pin it up on the top with the Velcro! And that is just secs into the video! HAHA It's almost like they woke up one day and said MUA make good money, I think I'll give it a go.

I'm honestly gobsmacked at this, this person is clueless, like she struggled to even get the hair band on, kind of didn't have high hopes after seeing that. I'm not a professional MUA but I know a fair bit about makeup, and I get plenty of compliments regarding my makeup, I've been asked if I'm a professional MUA but that I am not. I would not have the nerve to call myself a professional, my face is the only face I've applied makeup to, id be very nervous doing makeup on someone else's face, different angles, different eye shapes and colouring to myself, I feel I have a good foundation to build upon in order to become a professional MUA but if defiantly never say I was a pro until I had some qualifications under my belt. Hep C is actually only transmitted through blood. Also I don't think it is considered a STI I'm not sure though. I know Hep B definitely is not. Where I live it's pretty common to get tested for these though. They are also both completely treatable/curable.

STI is interchangeable with STD. They just changed the name a few years back. It's essentially the same thing. The only difference being not all diseases are caused by an infection.
