re: getting a medal without playing the grand final, in the MLB every person on the team gets a world series ring, even if they are no longer apart of the 40-man roster (eg. got traded before deadline), they are still considered a component to the teams success that season so they get a world series ring
I missed out on our footy grand final this year and got a medal after playing 90% of the year and it doesn’t feel the same, it’s nice to have a medal but if anyone ever asks you about it you have to say “yeah I didn’t even play”
I wrote some of the songs for Healthy Harold and can confirm there was no sex education 😂 unless singing about eating vegetables was some kind of innuendo 😂
