As an architect, it could be convenient to start from an image like a sketch and convert it into 3D, and start a project modeling with your favorite 3D tool.
Use case could be for example taking facades of buildings that you want to convert into 3D or perhaps taking a photo of the surrounding buildings insert in your 3D or BIM model. The possibilities are endless.
The AI is now capable of generating a 3D model from an image, and despite not being perfect, it is already workable. You can even test it for free on a platform I will show you in this video.
