Hello Cristina, this looks beautiful. I saw you used Wilton's dab and hold. I have a question for that. I bought it and I did a taste test and it tasted a bit weird kinda off and a bit bitter. Is it suppose to taste like that or does it the taste go away? How do I know if it is expired I looked for an expiration date and just saw a lot number.

Hi Carla! 💕 Good question there is no specific time but it doesn't take long to set at room temperature, once completely dry and you are able to touch the chocolate without the layer smearing if that makes sense 🍫
