I remember seeing this show at Largo Culture Center with my Grandma, and it was awesome. Schoolhouse Rock has been my favorite show since I was in Kindergarten, and my favorite song is I’m Just a Bill, so hearing it live was awesome.
My middle school did this show last year and it's still nice to come back to the songs and remember it It was probably the most fun I've ever had (that sounds like exaggerating but it was) and I can't wait for us to do our musical this year :) (I still don't know what we're doing for it this year though I might edit my comment to keep y'all updated when my chorus teacher tells us what it is) This was the song we sang for our auditions, too! I didn't get a major part (I was in the ensemble, probably because during the audition, I was focusing more on being loud enough than actually sounding good), but it was still a really fun experience!
@ericgee this is different voices cuz this is the live version. im in school and we are doing this as a play soon and this is the version we practice with cuz its "school house rock live jr."
Boy: (Pants) You sure gotta climb a lot of steps to get to this Captial building here in Washington. But I wonder who that sad little scrap of paper is?
It’s so irritating in our play because the version we’re doing no one has a full solo, but the guy playing Bill got the whole song. I love this song but it makes me so mad whenever I hear it now 😂
I'm doing this for a school play and it is the music for the play I'm used to myself and cast singing it but before when we were still using the lyrics we listened to this version so it wasn't weird but idk

it is a perfect example to those learning the song for an excellent performance of Schoolhouse Rock!
Legends say he’s still waiting

The Bill's friend, the young boy, sounds like a teenager in this version.

It's the play version
This is from the musical version. The Jr. version to be exact, so they have younger voices singing.
