Bought the "Diamonds in the Sky" ebook. It's full of great info. Gonna be highlighting a lot in it over the next few days. I was one of those who was thrown into the "numbers game" by a roofing co. with no prior sales experience. Sink or swim. Working the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex area (highly competitive), knocking hundreds of doors and canvassing entire zip codes on my own. I eventually got to where my close ratio was 80-90%, but it took a hell of a lot of crashing and burning. I wish I had known about your resources then.
My dad just got denied on a hurricane storm. Fence went down. AC went out. Medium Sized Tree fell down.. didn't damage anything. Small area on my roof above my garage damaged. In the garage a small area in the ceiling collapsed and hit the car. 75% on the screen pool. Electrical box got fried. All this and our insurance denied us. Just signed a contract with a storm restoration specialist that have experienced and qualified roofers and property damage attorneys helping with the claim. From building codes to policy accountability they made sure I was well represented and the insurance company did right upon our agreed contract!!! Sorry but not sorry.
will you share with more some information & tips!? I'm almost 22. I have no experience in door sales and just got hired a few days ago, I need lots of help! Email me: levi.walton13@gmail
Even though I've been doing this for 9 years, i still need to hear this over and over. The company you work for can hurt you if they are greedy mfers. You don't know until its time to get a check. The owners know that.
With 23 years in sales at a 48% closing ratio in 2017 and a business owner of 4 years I am very intrigued! I've watched several of your videos on O/P, DOOR KNOCKING and so on. I want to send out to you my appreciation for the works that you are doing in educating people like myself that want to better themselves and our companies. I am a firm believer that there is ALWAYS room for improvement ( This is a chess NOT checkers game). I look forward in signing up with your program and unlocking the door to the tools I need to help grow my company and our profit margins Thank you Becca
Is there any information & tips you could provide me with? I'm almost 22. I have no experience in door sales and just got hired a few days ago, I need lots of help! I'm the same with a lot of others, thrown into the "numbers game" by a roofing co. with no prior sales experience. Sink or swim type situation. please Email me: levi.walton13@gmail.com
I am two years in this industry I sold 600k in business my first 40 days with no formal training. And I bat 100% with contacts still to this day. I have never missed a contract signing opportunity. If there is hail damage I get a contract.
Signed a $44k contract today. Job cost is $10,500. Using this method. She said, "I'm not signing, I don't want to be out money if insurance doesn't pay." So after her 45 minute Him-Ha...My reply was, "Perfect, no problem! You have no risk. You only gain. Thing is, we ask for no check up front. I order material once I know you have the signed insurance check in hand. The only thing this contract means is, you by law will pay me when the job is completed." - Signed contract. Customer loves me.
It is possible. Thanks for sharing Becca. Presentation is everything...
One of the best in the industry for sure. Always enjoy hearing these gems while out on the grind. Keep knocking and rocking! Thanks
BO$$ Lady.
So glad you dig my stuff, Ryan! Thank you for the kind words!! :-)
Been in sales and marketing 20 years and never seen anyone with a 100% close ratio.
Of course no one has a 100% closing ratio. Watch the video and get past the title, buddy.
