I'm looking to be able to migrate my blog from Gatsby to Remix, but I couldn't find a way to add numerical pagination, do you know how complicated it can be?
Probably depends on where the content is stored and if it supports pagination… the complexity wouldn’t be in remix. Remix can represent a paginated list by simply having the page in the url params… e.g. blog.com/posts?page=3 … the page number would go to the loader and it’s up to you to do that query… on the client side as long as it knows current page and total pages… pretty easy to make a react component for the page buttons or use library for it.
That was super painless, Remix seems like a winner!
Definitely!! It’s very young but I can see it competing with nextjs as one of the top choices for a react framework
