I am so glad for technology. I am able to listen and hear once again Bishop Sheen ow a venerable candidate for sainthood! I am a Filipino and a,Catholic. I used to watch his program ( replays of course on the internet.)
Fr Sheen’s reprimanding of himself in his ministering to the lepers touches my heart. What a blessing - to use this man’s hand for God’s own grasp of each leper’s hand is heaven reaching down to lift them to God’s bosom.
I know how God will judge ME God will convict me of all my committed sins AND of all sins from which HE spared me. For every time I have judged others, with my self-righteous refrain of “Oh, I would NEVER do anything like THAT,” God will pass a vision before me showing me sinning in the same way that I have judged others. HE will strip me naked, circumcise my deceitful/wicked heart and bring me to my knees. HE will then GIFT to me HIS faith to believe in Christ and DRAW my REPENTANT soul and hand me to HIS son for salvation. Jesus will see the WORK OF THE FATHER in me - my hope is that He will accept me unto Himself. God draws NOT; Jesus saves NOT.
How does God judge Catholic priests rapist ??? There's NO judgment... meaning, is there the God... ...or, if the God exist - why does he take side of rapists, killers... ???
God does exist, and He will judge all of mankind in His Divine justice. But first, if sinners confess their sins, and seek God's mercy, He will give it. If sinners don't repent, they will experience God's justice of eternal torment in hell.
@@willacather986 ...does that mean that God has a special "ultimate jail" for Catholic priests??? ...because they are majority of prisoners (sinners). Interestingly enough - priests, nuns, clergy keep raping children on a daily basis. Do they know the secret we don't know? How come they are not afraid of the God?
@Alexander What a strange contradicting comment. You presume to know God’s mind whilst not believing in his existence. God’s judgement is as sure as death. I only worry about my own judgement.
The world itself is filled with rapists who are not punished for thier deeds. Unfortunately the church leadership chose to follow the world's example in handling such evil. Man has free will and can choose the path of good or evil. The atrocities of the the world such as rape, war and genocide are all the fault of humanity choosing the path of evil. Humanity alone is to blame for the evils of the world not God.
