Habituation

Habituation or acclimatising your dog to new surroundings such as a car or van.
This is how we get our new customers or new puppies used to the van and the noises associated with that, we begin with some easy 'walks' where he is being carried while we walk another of our dogs, just so he can get used to the smells, the noises , the weather etc
I've combined two short videos where I am getting him used to the van and one to show how I get new doggy customers used to being in the van. The van can be noisy with all of the crates and obviously a lot of smells from the other dogs too so it can be a lot for a dog that isn't used to it.
