You know it’s odd they have done weird things at mine too. Like one week they had Highlander out and it was no longer in their system so they couldn’t sell it? Lol it’s very strange. I still love using them for the points but I buy from them online more often.
Best buy is trippin yea I was with the manager for a good 25 minutes at the front trying to figure it out before I just said let me just online store pick up lol

That's weird. I also had issues at Best buy today. "A Man Called Otto" and a different title but were not ringing up. Two different managers had to play around with the computers until they were able to sell them to me. 15 minutes that nonsense took
