    I LOVED the Sockers...man what fun times. Those games were FIRE, full of excitement, never a dull moment. San Diego really embraced them. Once you went to a game you were hooked. Baltimore and Tacoma were ALWAYS tough.

    I hated the Blast! Stamenkovic was rated way to high as a player in my book. A good few moves and passes here and there, but a lazy slow player.

      Sockers Fan The San Diego Sockers are the New York Yenkees of the sport. The original MISL was the game at its highest level. The new MASL should have the same single point rules thorough the league, the division where Baltimore is still uses the multi point scoring of the previous MISL. If you go to the Royal Farms Arena (formerly Baltimore Arena) better get seats on the sides or else behind the goal its all obstructed view, due to the fact they use a regulation field in there now.

      A few good moves and passes here and there??? For a 5 year period he was one of the top offensive players in the game. It wasn't about how he was "rated", it was about what he produced.
