We need 2strokes, we've had enough of the cost and the engines don't last. The piston is to short there's to much compression and the RPMs are to high = the number one killer of 4stroke engines, HEAT.
I disagree. I think 4 strokes last longer than 2 strokes. With proper maintenance, no reason you can’t get well over 100 hours on a 4 stroke before a rebuild.

As much as I HATE/DISLIKE the signature sound that the YZF's produce, that RASPY NOISE coming from those units is just horrible at best & way worse than that overall!!!
For how loose and fast he always rides, it is amazing that he doesn't kill himself ! In fact he rarely even has little crashes. Amazing 😮😊
